My friend needed to get a new screen for her phone so we decided to pop in here. They didn't have the screen she needed but they made a quick call and went to go get the screen needed. I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price. read more

Great experience. I called and asked about a new iPhone charging port because mine was wonky. He told me it would be $50 or so. I came in expecting to pay and wait. They took a look and did some slight cleaning and it's good as new. Went out the door within 5 minutes and free of charge. I wish I could have paid - because I expected to. I've had positive experiences here. Two summers ago I cracked my phone screen about 3 times, and they were always able to replace the screen in about 20 minutes, even though I had an old phone. Today I went in to have a phone unlocked that I had purchased on Ebay (I thought it was unlocked when I purchased!) I went back today and the kid that works there was high as a kite and told me that's there's nothing he can do for me unless I pay 100 dollars. Changed battery in my iPhone 6s he got little pissed off because he thought I was bullshitting about my screen not working after he changed battery. he had costumer trying saying that he messed up his camera on his phone when he didn't even touch that part of his phone right before me. Witch I could understand why he was stressed out. He found The problem in my phone and realized that it was a ripped cord from him pulling to hard and admitted that it was his fault and fixed and made things right good honest people. I bought a Mid-2010 MacBook Pro off of this guy. I take it home after purchasing directly from him to start transferring all my files over but when I tried to do anything the Mac would restart itself. I called him back a couple days after to let him know the issue. He told me it was a hard drive issue and to bring it in so he can fix it in a couple days, no problem. I gave it to him to fix thinking it would take him a couple days like he said. It took him almost two weeks get it to me and it still had not been fixed. I had tons of shit to do on this Mac which was my reason for purchasing it. I'm thinking he'd have it done in the time he said he would. He took way too long to fix it, he never even fixed it and to tell you the truth I think he knew about this problem before he sold it to me. Probably why he was only selling it for $325 and ended up giving it to me for $275 when I picked it up in person. I go get a clean hard drive for it since he told me it was a hard drive issue, still the same problem kept happening which told us it was either the ram or the mother board and not the hard drive. This dude completely inconvenienced me. Wasted my time and money. I would never buy anything from them ever again. read more

Will never go here again. I was supposed to get a new battery for my iPhone but instead the guy with the dreads put a used one in. I know how a new battery should be. It's not new. After spending $44 here for a used battery now I gotta spend another $10 for an actual new one from eBay.
