I was having a hard time finding someone to replace the battery in my laptop. The prices were outrageous and the wait time for service to be completed was weeks. The big box store where I bought the laptop informed me that I had to supply the battery myself and they were backed up so I was looking at a few weeks for replacement! Frustrated I contacted Certified Laptop Repair and scheduled to bring in the laptop. I met with George and he couldn't have been kinder or more professional! I brought in the laptop and and not only was the battery replaced but George called me back within a few days to come pick up the laptop! It runs like new again! The technician was efficient and gave me a pretty fair price based on the research I did online (screen repair on a MacBook for around $399 + tax). While traveling, the screen on my Surface Pro cracked. I took the Surface Pro to Best Buy to see if they could repair it and they said no- they do not repair anything with Surface Pro's screens due to it being "too complicated." I was stuck.
