I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with "this is stressful, I'm not the expert". He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don't do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won't work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say "it's not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone" . The "Owner" then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn't replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won't return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!

On September 22nd, 2025, I took my phone to Rick to get a new screen installed after I cracked it…read moreand lines started showing up, freezing the screen completely. Rick charged me $140 for a new screen. That same screen had multiple functional errors. Let's start with the fact that it was thick and didn't fit the screen, which messed up my touchscreen accessory. The camera looked dusty and adjusted my pictures to be super bright. Also, the screen's backlight didn't adjust to sunlight as the normal screen would, causing the battery to die more easily and faster. Then, after some time, the whole screen would jump while I was typing, so I got used to locking and unlocking my phone as a way to briefly fix it. Overall, it had multiple faults that it didn't originally have, which I thought was weird. Then, on January 28th, 2026, the whole screen went completely black. Randomly. Unfortunately, I moved out of the state, so I couldn't bring it in since I'd have a "warranty" with Rick. I took it to a new shop in my area, and they let me know that the screen used was a Dupe or a dupe of a dupe. It's made out of the country, and they explained it is a 3rd-generation fake screen and is one of the most terrible fake screens to put on a phone. The lighting was different than what I needed, and they even mentioned that those screens come with touchscreen accessory problems as well because it's not meant for my phone. Anyhow, I paid $160 for a new screen in a new place for a quality screen. Only $20 more for something that lasts. I am very disappointed that I wasted $140 here for a fast fix.

The business is in his house and the parking is around the corner on a side street. I missed it and had to turn around. The owner met me at the door because I told him I was coming, but I'm not sure I would have known what to do if I arrived and he wasn't there. I think you walk on the porch and ring the doorbell. (Or just call him) However, now that you have that info- you should be good to go. He guarantees his work- so I feel good about the work that was done. I'd go back for future cracked screen (though hopefully no more).
