Mike is awesome. He is honest and fair and will take good care of your equipment. He has repaired a couple of phones, told me when things I brought him were beyond repair or the cost would exceed the value of the equipment. There isn't much I can bring him that he can't fix, and he is quick and efficient. When I brought in my laptop he understood that I used it daily for my job and couldn't afford to be without it long so he made an appointment for the repair, set time aside to do it immediately and had it back to me by the time my meeting was over! This place was fantastic when replacing the screen of my wife's iPhone 6. Mike was a very good communicator -- he called and emailed me discussing the best times to drop off the phone. And, when my wife showed up Mike agreed to fix they phone immediately since my wife had our 10 month old child with her at the time. She was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a great experience. Although, I hope I never have to go back (Meaning -- I hope I never break my phone again!!!)
