They broke a bunch of glass decorations while moving furniture out, left broken glass shards EVERYWHERE, and left debris in the communal hallway of the apartment building!! They didn't bother cleaning up at all! 3. They left claiming the truck was full, but it clearly had room for a bunch of broken knick-knacks and sundries. I was charged more than $1000 for this. I understand the charge is per truck capacity, but if I've paid more than $1000 for a service, I expect not to have to wait 2 extra hours, not to have the place completely trashed (and hazardous to walk around!), and not for the job to be half-assedly done.

I found these guys on Home Advisor and they came in with a competitive quote for a hot tub removal…read more The quote (in writing on the home advisor email exchange- attached) factored in stairs and came in at $450. We exchanged a few texts (sent him a picture- and he again - confirmed the price). We set a date for the removal and said he'd reach out the day before. I then dismissed the other vendors and was happy to support a smaller business. All good so far, right? 8 days later (today) 3 days before the work is to be done, he reaches out and increases the price $200 stating the stairs cost more. I informed him he literally said "8-9 stairs: $450 is the price" but he stood by his new +$200 quote. Very deceptive business practices. Bait and switch. Left scrambling to find a new company to come out... right before the 4th of July weekend. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
