What a nightmare. Moved out of our home of 23 years and had to find someone to remove old cans of paint, leftover junk in the basement and the attic. Upon arrival the driver gave my husband an outlandish quote and my husband told them no way. The driver then negotiated the price to a slightly less outlandish price and came to an agreement. The new owners called us and told us that the paint and junk had not all been removed so I stopped payment on their check. I then paid someone else to actually do the job. Stay away from these people!! The owner has since called me and made all kinds of threats. read more

We had a great experience from start to finish. Alex was very friendly and professional arranging the estimate and offering nice discounts for veterans. We were emptying my mothers house to sell it. They explained that they would recycle wherever possible which gives you a good feeling instead of filling the landfills. They were nice and flexible about moving the clean out date. The workers were pleasant and worked hard to get the house empty. Their truck was chock full. The best part was that they stuck to their original quote and promised it wouldn't be more than the quote. It is wonderful to have service like that and know they aren't trying to take advantage. Our only comment is that it was a muddy day and in the future they might like to lay down some paper or something on floors. We had to go back in and clean up the muddy footprints. read more

I called in and was told a truck would arrive in the next 2 hours and they would give me a quote on site depending on how much I had to haul. They arrived just as expected and My quote was more than reasonable compared to other businesses I had called. ARod, Lori & Ben were so kind and handled the many boxes I had in no time. My refrigerator was a bit too big for the doorway so they removed the doors off the refrigerator and got it out with ease. This is a review about my experience with using All Day Junk Removal, a.k.a. All Day Enterprises. I was searching for a moving company with a decent reputation without being taken to the cleaners and was referred to this company from someone who has done business with them (for moves) on several occasions. Upon first reaching out, I got a very quick reply, granted it was early in the morning, and after discussing their services, I decided to hire them a couple weeks later. At the time of hiring, the company was advised I have a good amount of belongings for a single household, and have always had a three man crew handle every prior move. I was informed there would be two men, but usually there are three, based upon staffing availability on the day. Again, I advised how three men would be required for the job. Also at the time of securing this company, they were advised about a move-in fee I paid to my new residence, to cover the cost of any damages resulting from the move, and I was not looking for anything of that nature to occur. The spokesman advised he was familiar with move-in fees, and they would do their best to make sure no damages would occur with the move, and was also advised I would be doing business with a licensed, BBB accredited company. The move itself was a complete, total disaster. The movers arrived on time, but there were only two men for the project, and it didn't take long to realize I made a huge mistake in hiring this company, as the move turned into a three-ring circus. Some of the low-lights included (but not limited to the following): no sign of tape for movers being used to secure any boxes (that's a first); no sign of any equipment typically used by moving companies (dollies, wrapping pads for large, fragile items, etc....again, another first). Also, not one but two cigarette/lunch breaks, each lasting 30-60 minutes...again, another first. BTW...in the event this is news to anyone reading this, you do NOT grab a floor lamp which has a large glass lampshade attached, all in one piece and carry it out the door. There is such a thing called proper disassembly and wrapping for protection. At the 3.5 hour mark and coming to the realization this move was going painstakingly slow, the company representative was contacted (by the person who made the referral)--as my text & email messages were going unanswered at ADJ, in an attempt to get additional personnel to assist with this move. Three extra men showed up on site about an hour later, which obviously helped matters. Nevertheless, what would otherwise take less than three hours based upon prior experience to load up the truck took nearly six hours. But wait...there's more!!! Now to the new destination address. The good news is it only took three hours to offload the truck, again keeping in mind there were a few sets of extra hands on site. However, I was later advised by the building's management company that there were minor damages to the walls resulting from the move in, and this resulted in a repair bill which cost a bit more that what was paid for security with the move-in fee. ADJ was advised of these damages, both by mail and electronically, and furnished with explanation of damages. I respectfully requested to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair bill for the damages caused by their employees. To no surprise, there was no response. I will disclose that a reduction from the original price was made; yet, that did NOT take into account the damages to the building I was moving into, nor the two personal property items which were damaged in the move. The bottom line is All Day Junk is apparently your #1 company to hire for junk removal. On the flip side, if you are looking for a mover, your personal property will be treated as if it were junk! read more

Well, what a drag. I received two referrals for this business. I was in town cleaning out a recently deceased relatives condo. They came out for an estimate that came in much higher than the other one I obtained. But Jacob explained how they charged by the truck-load, and how they could call in more people, etc. He was friendly, and hard working, as was his crew. I showed him everything that needed to go, and it was a lot. Well, a few hours later, I got a story for Jacob that the books were too heavy for the truck (? Um.....?) and they wouldn't put any more items in the truck. But, I was expected to pay for the full truck, because the books were heavy. Then, when I explained that there weren't that many books, and I showed them ahead of time, he said it was taking longer than expected, and that's why they were leaving without filling the truck, again expecting me to pay a full truck price. Then, after I expressed my concern that this wasn't our agreement, he gave me a discount, but not a half filled truck price. I was trying to confirm their promise to return and finish the job, but they did not respond. This experience was similar to buying a used car. Jacob totally attempted to bait and switch me, wasn't honest, and then screwed me by ghosting for my second appointment. They also ripped a chunk of drywall out behind a bookcase, but disclosed it right away. Good points: hardworking, and courteous. But, bad business practices. Would not recommend to anyone else based on how things went down today. read more

Simply exceptional from the start. This was the only company I called who could come out first thing the next day. The driver, Bobby, called me 40 minutes ahead of time and was prompt in his arrival. He was joined by Kyle to remove our stuff and asked a few questions about the yard waste and a washer/dryer in my basement I needed removed. Their pricing came in higher than I could afford but they didn't simply drive off when I told them I couldn't afford that price point. Bobby called his manager and quickly came up with a very agreeable arrangement. Right from the start they were not just willing, but EAGER to earn my business. Loved it. Bobby and Kyle worked tirelessly for two hours to remove heavy rocks and branches from our property. They never complained and were always professional, kind, and courteous. I also never heard them use foul language, which is important with my young kids around. Perhaps the most complimentary thing I could say was that they clearly takes great pride in this work. Can't say enough good stuff. They really transformed our space. I would recommend All Day to anyone anytime. Ask for Bobby and Kyle if you're around Manchester, NH. Girl on phone responds with "we cant see their schedule - but my manager will call back." Still waiting on that call. Left us in a jam. Not worth it. Horrible customer service. read more

An All Day Junk Removal employee personally inspected the junk and premises at a property owned by an LLC that I manage and quoted $280, which was agreed to and prepaid. All Day Junk said they would return to finish the junk removal the next day. The next day, All Day Junk called me and said they had completed much of the job but it would be $580, more than the double the original $280 quote. Since noone from the LLC was able to be immediately on site to handle the situation, we did not think there was much we could do and All Day Junk charged the LLC another $300. To their credit, they said they included a sweep of the cleared areas, but obviously we would prefer if they can stick to their original quote. Notably, two other prior reviews on yelp report that All Day Junk Removal increased their quote. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They "advertise" a family run business, but they are not professional in any way shape or form, their trucks are in terrible condition, and are just dishonest people. One of their movers hit my car, and they are now ignoring and refusing to cooperate with paying for the damages. I have been trying to get in contact with the company for over a month now and when I finally was able to reach someone, one of their employees Jacob, tried to upcharge me an additional $25 for a "last second" booking. What this company did for us was a complete empty out of a house including taking up carpet and padding all at a fair and reasonable price. Got a quote from the owners brother for an outrageous amount. I told him I was all set, then the owner Alex called and apologized for his brother's outrageous estimate and gave me another estimate. I accepted the offer, when the time came to pick up the debris he sent 2 guys. When they got to my house they made up some excuse about their truck tires being bad, and didnt take the debris. I contacted Alex numerous times and he always promised to be there another day. Needless to say they never took the debris. read more

All of our personal home items were delivered safely and in the same condition they were picked up in. We especially appreciated their work flexibility and fair pricing. Moving is an arduous effort and it was great to have a team who was equipped with the physical stamina and operational facilities that allowed them to pull off the move so seamlessly on our end. They certainly eased a lot of the anxiety we had about lifting the large pieces of furniture etc. and getting it safely to our new destination. My goodness my experience was top notch. I had about 1/2 truck worth of junk I needed removed and I called All Day Junk Removal and within 2 hours, a truck was at my door to give me an estimate. We settled on a price and they asked if they could just take it right there on the spot. Um, yes please! In another 1/2 hour they were gone, and so was my trash. What a beautiful sight! The two gentlemen who loaded my stuff were so friendly and personable, and they were incredibly efficient. I also love the fact that they recycle what they can. I'm not really a "save the planet" poster child, but it certainly made me feel better knowing that they take an initiative to be as green conscious as possible. This company works quickly and efficiently but having used them twice in the last 10 days for two very different jobs, I feel their pricing is a bit of a hassle to deal with. Be sure you know going in that you can negotiate big time. First, I needed two rooms of an apartment cleaned out. We already had the stuff piled so for the most part it just needed to be carried out and dumped. It was some boxes, two tables (one very small), a bureau, file cabinet, and mattress. When the driver arrived he quoted me at $800. As soon as I said I had already contacted another company so I would wait to see what they would charge as I would not expect to pay more than 500, the driver called the boss and 500 it was. Today we needed a couch and loveseat removed. Both were already on the sidewalk and just needed to be lifted into the truck. The driver showed up and said he was thinking $275. After the same conversation and call to the boss, we ended up paying just $60. I don't want to discredit the work they did as they did clean out the apartment quickly on a hot day which was the goal, but the pricing structure seems to have no method to it which is a bit of a hassle. read more

I must have called a half dozen places for snow removal off the top of my roof. Everybody is busy this time of the year with another 12" expected over the weekend and with more snow on the way I reached out to All Day Junk Removal. They called me back. Said they would be out the next day. And they were. I got an estimate on how much it would be and it was very reasonable, even from Angie's list of "deals" Two guys got on the roof and went straight to work spent a little over 2 hours making sure all the weight of the snow was off the roof. They asked if everything looked good which it did and off there were on to their next job. Unbelievable crew with great service. I use them all the time for junk removal too!!
