When I found TOWN & COUNTRY SHOES I was surprised to find the wide variety and options they had in stock. Every one is friendly and supportive to find the boots or shoes that fit. They even ordered a different sizes for me without additional cost. They have foot ware for adults and children. They have some socks, belts, wallets, and others items.

I used to love RT Outfitters when Timmy owned it. He was the type of person that would go the extra…read moremile for his customers. However, my husband recently went here to get jeans last minute. He wasn't sure what size he needed, so he grabbed the size he thought he needed. Due to COVID-19, fitting rooms were closed, which is understandable. He said to the guy working up front that he would try them at home and if they didn't fit, come back and exchange them. The guy working said that was fine. He took them home and they were way too big, so he came back and grabbed the next size down and put the original jeans on the counter. The girl working rang up the new jeans, but told him after he purchased the new ones that he couldn't exchange the old ones due to COVID-19. Again, I totally get this, but your whole staff should be on the same page. If a staff member tells someone they can exchange something, you should honor that. I used to buy all of my boots from Timmy, but we won't be coming back here again. I understand the policies in place for the better of public heath, but you should educate your staff.
