I knew when she sat it down and I saw all the juices sitting on top that it would be amazing and it was!!! I wish I'd taken a picture of this honker of a Ribeye. It lives now only in my memories. Go. And go get this ribeye. They have perfected their Ribeye game. In my best Arnold voice "I'll be back". Our service was great. Waitress was super nice. The rolls were a little on the hard side and I didn't care for the strawberry whipped butter but I wasn't there for that anyway. Let me at that steak. They have shifted to a more take-out & drive-thru type business then a regular restaurant (a lot less seating then where they were at). Heaven help you if you call in an order, prepare to go through a call center to place your order. That's right, you will NOT be talking to an actual person at this location, it is routed to a call center GOD knows where and then place your order and if your like me, they go by your cell phone number and low and behold, it's not to the location to where I live but to where my phone number told them I was from, thus being transferred to another call center and having to repeat my order. When it was said and done, wasted 18-20 minutes on the phone to learn that my order for 2 large speciality pizzas was going to be over $55 dollars!!! Apparently there are fees added on because it's going through a call center, that was the excuse I was given before I told them never mind and hung up. FYI, there is a Casey's located right next door. They answer their own phones, take your orders and they can deliver. Gasp, what a new and wonderful concept! To show that I'm not bias against Pizza Hut, I did in fact call two other locations within my area and both locations answered their phone (not call centers) and the exactly same order was less at these other two locations then from the Princeton location.

We spent about $45 on everything we bought (spinach pasta, peanut butter filled pretzels x 3!, dried apple rings, milk chocolate covered blueberries, ranch seasoned snack mix, honey mustard pretzel bites, peanut butter granola. Apparently we prefer peanut butter and pretzels--also. we were shopping while hungry. Store is immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly. Prices are more than fair. We were here right around Noon and the place was picking up in time for lunch. We ate outside in their outdoor seating area. Pagliai's is one of the few places where I can get anchovies on a pizza. More importantly, it is one of the few places I can get anchovies on a pizza stacked high with cheese. Critically, it's about as close to Chicago pizza as you can come without going to Chicago. Unfortunately, I don't go here all that much, because it is "pricey". It's hard to justify spending more on a smaller pizza--especially because pizza is one of those food commodities that one thinks of as cheap. They've got sandwiches and other stuff, but I don't think any of those things compare to their pizza. Verdict? Awesome pizza, but costly. Hence, three stars. read more

I even called back to ask if and when I make my next trip to Princeton KY from St Louis, MO if I could get some pizzas to freeze. They were more than excited to do it. Best authentic Chicago pizza around...that's what our Chi-town friends say! And you have to try the ranch dressing! Love the friendly atmosphere. I've known Mike the owner for years. He is committed to high quality, delicious food and great service! Plenty of room for lunch meetings or birthday celebrations. We even had a wedding rehearsal dinner there! It gives the impression that the staff simply doesn't want to take the time to make those meals that late in the evening. This has happened on multiple occasions, so it doesn't seem like a one-time issue. If the meat and vegetable plates are regularly unavailable before 8:00 p.m., then the restaurant should either update its advertised hours and online ordering or continue serving them until the posted closing time. Unfortunately, they lost a sale because I chose not to stay after finding out the meal I came for wasn't actually available.
