I had to repeat my order 4 times and the "waitress" still wasn't getting it. Simple order "ribeye and shrimp dinner" comes with 2 sides but don't order the onion rings because even though it's on the "sides menu" they charged me $2 extra for the small helping that I received. She looked and asked if we wanted to split the dinner and I said "no want 2 of the ribeye dinners with the 2 sides" she looked puzzled and said "ooohhhh so you want the shrimp basket and a ribeye? I repeated what I wanted 3 more times and each time she looked like a lost deer in the headlights. I showed her the picture on the menu (thank God for pictures because like a two year-old she would not have understood what I wanted without the pictures) the food had ZERO FLAVOUR...after we doused it with salt and pepper it was tolerable at best. The meal was $22 a plate but not worth half what they were charging. Now let's get to the second half of this review The Service As I stated earlier in this review, this girl was not quite all there, she brought me the bill 1/2 way through us eating the meal, said "you can take care of this anytime" but proceeded to come back multiple times like she was waiting for us to pay. Mind you it was not even 5:00 pm yet. And the only reason that I wanted to speak with a manager was the question about the onion rings.
