My friend had the buffet that looked dried out and lukewarm when I arrived at noon. We stayed an hour, there were maybe five other patrons, and no one else ate from the buffet. Came in for pizza and a salad. Had the Sicilian pan style pizza. It was wonderful, and the side salads were artfully crafted and carefully presented. Servers were very attentive, great beer list. Had my first ever Italian Pilsner Not Italian style, but beer imported from Italy.. and really tasty. Older woman sitting next to us was waiting for a to-go order.. out comes this huge pizza and a even huger order of wings. She's on beer number two at this point, she sits for a bit has a couple wings and a slice of pizza, finishes her beer then asks for her check. Picks it all up and heads out. Guessing grandma had a house of full company and was having a little "me time" before bringing home dinner, good for grandma! Don't let the location fool you, this is not a typical strip mall pizza place! If they were in a nicer building, they would have to charge you more :). Be generous with the tipping, the prices are low and so is the Wisconsin minimum wage and they deserve it. read more

I always love the food from Pagoni's. It is delicious and the service is great. This time I ordered the deep dish pizza directly from the free "Order Online" link on their upgraded webpage (pagonispizza.com)--it is so convenient! I much prefer the customization available here rather than using the Slice app (which charges me $1 per transaction). The web order interface also lets me schedule my pickup for convenience, along with additions and substitutions desired for my order. The deep dish pizza was sausage, tomato, garlic, mushroom, and spinach goodness. The crust was just like I would get down in Chicago. When I picked up my order, everything was ready. I had a brief chat with the cashier who is so friendly, and even Ernesto Morales the owner took the time to make sure everything was to my liking. If you love wonderful Italian food and great customer service, Pagoni's is the venue for you. read more

My wife and I received a free pizza coupon in the mail as a welcoming to the neighborhood. We ordered a family size, half pepperoni, half sausage, with extra sauce. The service was professional and friendly. Our pizza was portioned as stated. The sauce was a sweeter sauce with incredible flavor and seasoning. The crust was thin with a medium crisp and classic flavor. The cheese was plentiful and oozing with goodness. The toppings tasted fresh and the seasoning on the pizza was the perfect touch. The owner of the store stopped over to our table to make sure our experience was satisfactory. He enlightened us on the story of his family owned business and the passed down family recipe still used today. Employees are very friendly food comes out as a reasonable speed and everything we've had has always been good. We love the mozzarella sticks my entire family agrees they are the best we have ever had. We usually get the deep dish pizza (ask for it to be cooked longer) the first time we tried it it was a little undercooked but requested to be cooked longer because it was so thick it was a little undercooked they cooked it for about 10 min longer and was perfect. read more

Right next to the Piggly Wiggly! Shrimp Scampi Thin Crust I'm in love with you! The slight sweetness of the dough is what reminds me of the pizza I had that day in the country of my ancestors. The crust was brushed with garlic butter which didn't overpower the delicate sweetness of the dough. Yum! This was a delivery order so I need to go to Pagoni's again, of course. One of the best pizza places in the area (tied with Stuc's & Wise guys). We get the Sicilian style crust and it's DELICIOUS. Flavorful & perfect thickness. The sauce is one of the best in the area and toppings are plentiful. I also like that you can order online, but wish it wasn't through Slice which charges service fees. Have had Pagonis in both Neenah and Kaukauna. Not the cheapest pizza, but most certainly worth the extra money over the large pizza chains. The sauce they utilize is fantastic. I prefer to take advantage of their lunch buffet. Salad, bread-sticks, pasta, pizza, and a drink for a fair price. We also frequently receive a buy one get one 1/2 off lunch buffet (found in the color mailer). Cannot comment on delivery. Have yet to utilize it. read more

If you like grease, you'll like Pagoni's. I got a cheese stromboli and my dad got a pizza. Both of them were so greasy that even after wiping my hands, the grease still showed up on the next clean napkin I picked up. It was OK, but I've had much better strombolis. I love Pagoni's! We have their food all the time (Kaukauna location). Everything on the menu is delicious. Everything. It's so nice to have a local restaurant that is not just another chain with the same old food. Additionally, the service is stellar and there is hardly ever a wait time - whether you are dining in, picking up, or getting a delivery. The staff is always friendly. Writing this review... We had wanted to try Pagoni's for a while but regret our choice. We ordered 2 pizzas and were not impressed. We ordered thin crust but it was more thick. The sauce was more like tomatoes mashed up and not seasoned. The pizza was mushy and watery and very greasy. Oh another thing the service was extremely slow. I have lived in Door County, Green Bay, Manitowoc, Appleton, and Kaukauna, and I can tell you...this is by far the best pizza in Northeast Wisconsin. The only place that comes close is almost 2 hours away (northern Door). Every pizza I've sampled is delicious, the gluten free crust is decent, the cherry bomb is seriously the bomb, and the Italian beef sandwich...damn. Just...yum. Service is meh...great if they're slow, not so great if it's busy, but the delivery guys always call if/when they are running late, which is a nice touch, and the manager (Lorenzo, maybe?) is attentive. I once waited about 20 min for a pick up order that I was told would be ready when I arrived, and he offered me free wine, beer, or soda while I waited. Also a nice touch. The delicious food more than makes up for the ok service. It's worth it. read more
