One of the options was for the driver to text when dropping off the pizza in the hotel lobby. He did not, so the concierge had to call my cell phone. Not a big deal, but also not seamless. Because of this, the pizza was lukewarm. Again, not ideal, but we had a microwave in the room. That said, the pizza was delicious. We got a regular pan type 3-meat pizza and we loved it. There was just the right meat to cheese ratio, where you could taste all ingredients and not feel overwhelmed by one element over another. That can be a huge challenge with these meat pizzas. I would come back, but definitely will not use the Yelp app to order delivery. I think we want to try the deep dish next, since I am a self-proclaimed expert on the topic. With the delivery issues, I would have rated 3-stars or less, but I know that the experience was not Stucs-related.

Although they have "normal" woodfire pizza choices (traditional pepperoni, cheese, etc.), the highlight is their rotating menu of inventive specialty savory and dessert pizzas. I found their "normal" pizza to be just ok, but the tomato soup pizza (Souper Slice) was incredibly flavorful and unique! It's definitely worth taking the leap of faith for some of their more out-there sounding pizza options. Since they have limited oven space to cook the pizzas, food can take a while to come out if it's busy. Plan ahead and use that time to relax and enjoy their drinks, or come during an off-peak time for less wait.

When they say it's a "bacon and blue" salad, they mean "BACON AND BLUE". There was a good deal of fresh, tender spinach but the amount of bacon and blue cheese crumbles was amazing. The star of this salad was the the bacon and blue cheese. The spinach was there as a vehicle to help bring these two to your mouth. The salad includes walnuts, BUT they're plain. The salad would be so much better if these were candied walnuts, to bring a bit of sweetness to the salad, and if they included some cranberries or some other tart fruit, it would help cut through some of the richness/cloying of the bacon and blue cheese. These additions would have made for a bit of a more well-rounded flavor profile for the salad (hope someone from the restaurant reads this). I made the mistake of going with blue-cheese dressing with this salad. If you were to order this salad, I would say go with something like a vinaigrette, again, to help cut through some of the richness of the salad. I can't speak to the dining room, but I can say that you will not be disappointed by the food.
