The Managers Jeff and Tammy are amazing! They have worked very hard to turn this park around. Years ago we visited this park and it was a mess. Now it is desirable, affordable and getting better and better. We love it here. It 's very quiet and the view of snow capped Mount Charleston is beautiful. The sunsets are amazing too. It's a quaint RV Park just a short distance from the hospital, restaurants and shopping, that offers long term stays. read more

I am giving it low rating because the manager is a liar. She said my cat will be allowed outside but on the day of signing the lease and moving in, she wrote down on the lease that the cat is not permitted outside of the RV. Of course, I refused to move in. She waisted my time and money. There are few spaces that are shaded and these are taken, the rest are treeless. The spaces are small. No swimming pool. I was told the Wifi is sketchy. The neighborhood is also sketchy. read more

Upon the first evening of arrival, me and my guest discovered a used, dirty syringe needle laying out in the open in the shower! (See photos) I tried calling the front office and they were closed, so I had to wait an entire night in order to get an employee to come remove the needle the following day! Meaning, I wasn't able to use the restroom in the trailer I was renting for nearly 24 hours of my 2 night stay. The manager sent a cleaning lady to come remove the used needle the next day, and she greets me at the door by immediately telling me she forgot to wear a mask which is required by law! She entered the RV without a mask to remove a dirty used syringe. I would say these employees have zero education when it comes to sanitation and health laws and on top of it, every employee I encountered appeared as if they were under the influence themselves. (I cannot prove that, that is just my educated guess.) The management promised me a refund due to the experience, and upon checking out, I was then told nevermind! They denied my refund all together and told me to take it up with "upper management"...whatever that even means! I thought they were the management that ran this property! After threatening to call the police, they ended up refunding me for 1 night and gave me a hard time about it as if they were angry they had to give me my money back. We're in the middle of a pandemic, I don't understand how they could be leaving dirty needles around the inside of their trailers that they're renting out to paying customers. Imagine if I had my child with me on this trip?! This is completely unsanitary, dangerous, and highly illegal depending on what substance is found in the syringe. After all of the drama I had staying there, I think I'm entitled to a full refund vs the partial refund I had to fight tooth and nail for. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! read more

I cannot say enough nice things about our experience here!! We went to Pahrump on Super Bowl Sunday and ended up stranded because of the high wind. We decided we did not want to risk it to drive back to Vegas in 50 mph wind and started looking for a spot to stay. Everywhere was over $100 for the night for the 3 of us and then I got lucky and found Pahrump RV Park and Lodging. They were so accommodating and so nice! The staff that works at this location is so helpful and I can't tell you how much we appreciated them last night. They not only had a spot for us right away, but they also took us to our unit and explained to us how to use everything since we are not frequent RV'ers. It is not fancy accommodations but it is very clean and very comfortable and very well-appointed. We had everything we needed. Nice fluffy towels (bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for 4 people) very soft sheets, warm blankets, kitchen was also fully stocked. They even left some snacks and treats on the table for us when we arrived and complimentary water bottles in the fridge. There was a full mini coffee station with everything you would need and toiletries also. It was really clean and in good order. A couple things to know if you are not someone who has stayed in an RV before. The bathroom is super tiny, so if you are bigger than 300 lb, or taller than 6'1", it would be difficult to take a shower or get up and down from the low toilet. It is very small in the bathroom (but from what I understand it's a good size for an RV) Also if you are taller than 6'0" you will have to duck when walking around in the bedroom portion. The ceilings are low. Another point is that if you have difficulty with stairs this would not be a good option for you because there are four stairs to get into the unit and more stairs to walk up into the bedroom portion. So if you have difficulty with that this would not be a good option for you. I cannot speak for every unit they have, but the one that we stayed in was not handicap accessible in any way. The refrigerator and freezer are a great size with plenty of room for enough groceries for a week. Our unit also had a oven and stove top as well as a coffee maker and a toaster. It also comes with a microwave. There were heaters in each room to make sure that we were comfortable. There was air conditioning in each section to make sure that you are comfortable. We absolutely will be going to stay there again (on purpose) after our experience there last night. They were wonderful to us and we are looking forward to staying again. read more

Quiet, off the beaten path senior mobile home park, rentals available at booking.com. Immaculate and welcoming interior, quiet location, exceptionally sweet weekend clerk, Shirley, who did everything she could to help me access internet, and I hope the next time I come up, the internet will be available. Functional, well-laid out unit with shower. Storage. Plenty of stars at night. Within three miles of many restaurants, Home Depot, Albertsons', Great Clips and Petrac Park. Country-like settings, friendly neighbors. We'd happily stay here again. Rental unit owners may want to cover their water pipe with anti-freezing tape, it was 24F when I woke up. Water didn't return for a while, but WHO KNEW Pahrump got that cold? Certainly not clerk Shirley as we moaned and groaned about the cold weather and we laughed together. Sometimes camaraderie is everything. If you're looking for affordable lodgings, pet area, laundry facilities in this senior park make it a smart choice whether for short stays or long ... This is the second time we stayed at this park and I must say you get a lot of bang for your buck . They are older RV'S but kept in really good condition. They do a great job of cleaning!! They are very comfy for what it is. There are extra pillows and blankets, Cookware and dishes. Anything you would find at best western, you'll get here too. Mini shampoos, lotion, soap... AND lots of towels! I always bring my own blankets and pillows when we road trip just cause that's who i am and i have a hard time sleeping away from home. But if I wasn't so OCD and was a normal person, you don't need to do that. Again, this place is far cleaner than chain hotels that we've stayed in. It's a smaller venue with personal care and attention to details. I highly recommend this park as a good and safe place to stay. My only real need to fix it would be the bed. Not really comfortable but I always bring my own bedding so it's tolerable. Other than that, I will always stay there when we go to visit. . Great job Pahrump RV . read more

My wife, and I, two dogs have spent a several nights there on two occasions. The staff was friendly and competent. Good basics. The Fifth Wheel trailer was clean and spacious (for a trailer). Nice sized park area to let the dogs run about. Will definitely return some time soon. Cable or satellite would have nice to have had (broadcast TV only). Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough. Amazing view of the nighttime sky's stars due to lack of "light pollution". read more

Very quiet and most definitely budget friendly. Nothing too fancy but at the low rates they charge it's nothing you can't live without. Friendly people as neighbors as well. It's about 2 miles south of the main road (Route 160) that runs through town. read more

My husband and I tried Pahrump RV Park for one night last week. The people we met there were pleasant and it was quiet. They have laundry facilities available and a small dog area. Great, right? Well, today we went back to pay for a month. There was a different woman at the front desk. She was resistant to us staying there from the get go. She didn't want us using their address as ours. We assured her we would purchase a post office box. When my husband went to check our VIN number, the woman at the desk asked, "You are senior citizens, aren't you?" I told her, "No, I am 52 years old." She shook her head and I asked, "We aren't old enough? We can't stay here?" She sighed and acted like she was doing us a favor by allowing us to stay. Then my husband came back and she asked if we had dogs, we replied, "Yes, three." (We had stayed here before, remind you.) That was the staw for her, we were not allowed to stay there. I gave them one star because zero was not an option. read more

Needed a camping spot for the night. Didn't stay here and am glad I didn't. Called and the lady was out of it, not rude but not customer service oriented at all. Not sure if she was drunk or what but just not friendly. Called back to let her know we would not make it there and some guy answered "Hello", I asked if this was an RV park and he was like "Yeah". I tried to tell him that I had called earlier and wasn't going to make it, and then the same lady from before started talking over me. So I repeated what I had just said, and she couldn't have cared less. Ya glad we didn't go here at all. This place just screams bad and that's just from the phone convo. read more

My wife and I stayed here while attending training at Front Site. The RV was clean and comfortable and quite reasonably priced. It even included utensils for cooking and dishes, which came in handy. That's where the positives end. The park has quite a few RV's with junk cars and trash piled up around them. The staff and managers are easy to find as they're usually standing around outside the office chain smoking. They advertise WiFi but it rarely worked. RV's have small hot water tanks so we frequently used the site bathrooms/showers which have plenty of hot water. The bad part is they allow smoking in the bathrooms. The worst part though was the overpowering stench of sewage outside the RV. I don't know what would have caused this but they really need to do something. As I mentioned before it was cheap but remember "you get what you pay for" It will be our last time there. read more

I stayed here 2 nights in June 2018 at a rentable trailer. It was immaculately clean, very spacious, and a comfortable bed. A fully furnished kitchen (plates, cups, flatware, pots & pans, a coffee maker & packaged coffee) -- with bottled water in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer, and free snacks on the dining table. In the bathroom, there was soap and shampoo amenities, plus towels. Everything worked fine, esp. the air conditioning. Not much to see in the immediate vicinity, no pool on-site. But very quiet and rustic locale. I was quite happy with it! read more
