Basically, all of the RV parks is the same. Expensive. Overpriced and overindulging themselves. Nv Trsre RV Rsrt isn't any different. They are expanding and those costs will be out of pocket for you. Reservations make them impossible to stay in one place. People book years in advance. (Once again Nevadans are pushed aside.) Snowbirds? You've helped companies all over Nevada w. stupid. I honestly careless for their business. They suck up space, period! It's a pain in the ass for Nevadans. Gazeboes are old, run down and extremely dirty. Not to mention the Black Widows found. The staff in the office needs a serious attitude adjustment. The WIFI is non-existent. But we are the recipient of their bad attitude. Their nothing they can do. Can you INCREASE THE WIFI OUTPUT? Nice well kept park. Sites are typical private rv park with some extended lengths. Grounds are very clean and manicured. Pool area is very relaxing with waterfalls. Pool was frequent with debris mostly from trees. Laundry is subpar. Equipment was average clean but not very many washers and driers for a large park. Getting access to one was difficult on my many attempts. Laundry hours match pool hours so don't think you can get a jump on time of day. Many planned activities which was nice to have things on site. read more

Very dated, booked Luxury Corner Lot, no luxury anywhere. Gazebo was very old and run down and extremely dirty... could clean and blow out trash and leaves once in a while. Web site says some of the sites have BBQs, but unable to see if the site I was booking had one... it did not and you would think a "Luxury Corner Site would. No fire pits anywhere in the Resort. Not what we were expecting compared to all of the other Resorts we stayed! Okay place for 1 night stay on travels but not for multiple nights. We stayed in lot 12-1. read more

Not once but twice have I gone there and had employees currently on the clock Tell me that they don't know how to find information and or input basic information into the computer and turned my business away again for the second time because God forbid they tried. And the woman who works the front desk is the nastiest human being I have come in contact with in the entire town of Pahrump. We love having our own tiki and backyard area. Lots for the kids to do..swimming, outdoors games, fish ponds. No bowling apparently..things keep breaking. This is one of those hidden Gems in Pahrump, NV. It is a RV park besides having a restaurant and gym with pools and jacuzzi outside and jacuzzi's inside the men and women's rest rooms & changing areas. The Pool,& gym is open not just for RV park residents but anyone that wants to join. I have to say it is a really nice place to join. The pools were nice, one heated and one cool. Nice size area outside to sit and relax having a drink even from the bar. When you join you get a card that is your access to both areas. (I just realized I never gave them a review.) Living there it was a great way to escape the summer heat and a great place to hang out to meet some new friends. We met a lot of people that we would see time after time of being there. If you haven't been here check them out. It's truly a hidden gem in the desert. On the north part of town as if you were leaving Pahrump. We had been by several times before we found out anyone can join. Hopefully we will be back to visit sometime. read more

I'll start with the positives; this is a very nice-looking RV resort and looked to be well maintained. The RV sites are spacious and the one we were in had an adorable tiki hut. In the main building, you can "rent" DVD's/Blue Ray and they had a wonderful selection. There are two pools (one with a waterfall) as well as a hot tub. The pool with the waterfall was super-clean but really really really cold!! The other pool had a much better temperature but didn't look as clean. Negative- The downside, the restaurant/bowling alley was closed so we were not able to bowl. I don't know when the restaurant will open, but hopefully, they do have plans for that. I did see a food truck, so that's an option for people if they don't want to cook. They also don't open the lobby until 9 am, so if you wanted to work out before that time, you cannot because the gym is in the lobby. They lock the entry gates at 10 pm I think and provide you with a key to access. I liked the security of that. And, it seemed like there were a lot of long-term renters (but they made their spaces their own and it looked really cute). It was very quiet and the people working there were very nice. The last negative is that the website should really be updated with things like, restaurant/bowling alley closed until further notice. The lobby doesn't open until 9 am. You need garbage bags as there are no dumpsters for trash. It was very nice that they had someone driving around to pick up your garbage and while we didn't have bags to set out in front of the site, they were kind enough to empty our reusable trash can. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place as it is truly an oasis in the desert and very lovely. read more

We stayed here on our way back home from Zion. It's definitely quite since most people actually live here and are retired/elderly. The pool lots are very nice and spacious with a huge patio and tiki bar. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was empty. No one seems to use it. the adults enjoyed the steam room and dry sauna when they were working, they were often broken or not working properly. This is definitely NOT a place for anyone who needs to actually do any work on the road. The WiFi is horrible. Even at the pool, which is closer to the office. Made it very difficult to do any work, especially video conferences. This is also NOT a kid friendly place. The kids couldn't ride their bikes or scooters without being told to "slow down" like they are going to run over grandma or something. So, that was annoying. They also use bleach to sanitize the dog relief area, which doesn't seem safe in my opinion. My dogs have had diarrhea since we got here and I don't know if it was that or the water? They've been perfectly fine before arriving here. Anyhow, this place served its purpose, but we will not be back. Don't recommend for families or individuals who have to work on the road. my husband and I were just there to inquire about rv park, Susan was so rude, when we first walked in we ask for information and she just rolled her eyes at us as if we were low life, we ask about rates she barely gave us information, asked if we could take a tour of the place, we spoke to a gentleman outside the pool area who was so nice he gave us more information then the front desk Susan did, she was so rude. The last time we were here, over 2 years ago, we didn't have a very good experience. The check in staff was very rude and it seemed like they were making their own rules when we tried using Passport America. In July, we were in the area and thought we'd give it another try. So glad we did. The grounds look a little neglected but the staff was very nice, especially at check-in. Due to Covid-19, the hot tub wasn't available but the pool was. That was a blessing because the temperature was well over 100 degrees during the day. The pools are the reason we come here, so nice and relaxing and very clean. We forget to grab our water regulator when we left and thought for sure it was gone. When I called to check if it was still there, they had someone go out to the site and check. Maintenance found it and left it at the office for us. We're so glad we decided to stay here for a couple of days. Next time we hope to stay longer. read more

Lived here for 6 years. Every new manager and every new rule and every change in the restaurant has taken away all the stars but one. It's sad to see this place that could be 5 stars go down hill. The restaurant is so hit and miss, we used to frequent with friends and family, but now we don't bother. This spring they decided to stop watering the landscape. Killed a bunch of trees and bushes. The outstandingly beautiful roses they had are quite bare and suffering. Now we have dead trees. and because they fired the best people we had, there is no one to take down the trees and clear dead smaller plants. I guess they'll wait til the tree falls on someone's expensive rig. Then try to get your money out of them. Although they keep up the front end for appearances. In 6 yrs. They have blown the leaves away from my patio 3 times. They didn't gather them to pick them up. Just blew them in the back. After 5 weeks of asking and filling out work orders to get our dead trees cut down, my husband finally did it himself. We're supposed to have beautiful groomed lots. It says so in the brochure. I live in the most beautiful spot. It's for this reason I stay. And pay a premium price. Higher than the premium spots anyplace else in Pahrump. I've hosted parties of 12 to 15 people on my patio no problem. But they started harassing my company for parking in the empty lot next to me. No one parks there because they can't fit a big rig in it. We're having dinner and conversation and everyone goes home. Why can't they just chill ? Because they have a parking Nazi watching us. He starts at 4 am. The only person moving is the newspaper delivery man. Duh. He should the speeders roaring up to the weght room and the bar during the day and after work at 4 pm. The madness continues every day. I just wait for the the next shoe to drop. But they keep finding more shoes. PS. Don't even ask how they've messed up the mail. The post office is not happy with their new rules either. Just one more thing, don't go to the pool when there's kids there. They're usually rowdy and parents don't care. So you'll probably get hit in the head with a flying object of some kind . Maybe before checking in at the office you check in with me. I'll find you a spot that's at least big enough for your rig. The good - Quiet park, and its paved .. Beautiful pool and gym. The Bad- The park needs updating. We paid for a large premium with gazebo and bbq. The gazebo was a mess and so was the bbq. The eye didn't work. And it used propane. The ugly- The restaurant owner is rude and will ask you for money even if you have paid left the park for 4 months . She is rude and overwhelmed. The food is subpar . Her credit card machine acts up and she feels she can charge you whenever she remembers even if you paid. This happened to us over onion rings. She and one other employee are way overwhelmed. Quality has dipped saved you cash and go to mom's diner. The office staff are very curt and not so friendly. The wifi never worked in the 2 months we stayed. The foliage was left overgrown.THE WATER HERE IS 5 points above hard. Causing our faucet to have to be replaced in kitchen. Mark's Grill at the RV park is delightful!!! (You gotta try the Turkey Deluxe) and the amenities at the park facilities are second to NONE! Dont go there..... Piss poor customer service. Lady at counter today told me if I dont like it you can leave anytime. Zero maintanance has gone on here in years. Saw no landscapers here in last 2 months. Ingested with roaches & scorpions! No exterminator in last 2 months. They make rules up as they go & dont tell the people staying here. The ONLY thing they do is pick up the trash & fill your propane. I overheard ladies in office complaining about bad reviews and how to remove them. Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else!!!! looked good on line and the video youtube review by the military kids parents seemed good lol and then we arrived and the reality is all the good places are now taken for winter and we are just stuck till spring I have stayed at many places this is the worst park we have stayed at yet . the bowling alley doesnt work and hasnt worked in a lot of years the diner just opened but doesnt have a plant based options so we havnt been in to eat so cant say anything about that . the bad they allow a woman to have a rooster that goes off 24/7. cockroaches everywhere but the lady throws food everywhere so birds are constantly hitting your windows not kidding 15 or more a day hit our windows , there is no real security one the office is closed security is done which is 9 pm however security is just a desk job here not a pay attention to things going on kind of job .do not leave things out that are valuable in your truck or wherever . they have have someone living in their car for 3 weeks who harassed females here then was kicked out after other brought it to attention . they allow off road vehicles to be used as gold carts around the park so its loud really loud did i mention the rooster that doesnt shut up ..... they allow people to remodel and do all sort of things that would allow one to ruin others vacations however long or short they are , some of the workers personalities could use an update . not a family style park i cannot count how many men and women have decided not to use a changing room to put the swim suit on or off and do it in front of everyone even though there are changing rooms and restrooms , this happens day and night doesnt matter ao if you are worried about what your around this is probably not the family oriented park you are looking for . the older folks with little dogs take them to pool and let them potty all around the pool areas including furniture table legs and walk areas this is just about daily ... there is a sign you will see workers just going right past not caring or doing anything about any type of behavior thing to keep any kind of standard of living really so it is loud and half the stuff works half the time .the indoor dry saunas just barely got fixed and are broke again . wet saunas have been fixed but could be cleaned better especially ceiling smells funky .they sell memberships to local which is not always a good thing for others some of them are creepy/ loud /obnoxious usually plastered on alcohol . again nothing is monitored on any level and if you have a serious issue like a townie dunk and ask for a manager because they are violent good luck getting any help for your own saftey . the spaces are definetly separated so as long as you dont have a rude neighbor like we do who likes walking through you area to get her rooster chicken or to go to her car . lots of bird poop due to the rooster lady throwing food out for her birds and all the bird outside the gym has been kept up and is the nicest park of the entire place the good the hotub out side has worked 99% of the time pool is not kept warm in winter so if you want a winter place that has everything open and usable then go south .if you want a peaceful place to vacation this is definitely not it this is contstantly loud you will hear someone using all their work hours in leaf blowers ..... that is a lot of hours just saying . . so honestly i would rather pay to stay anywhere that you could actually relax considering the higher end cost of staying at a resort is loud and not relaxing in the slightest highway noise isnt too bad unless the are a loud of semi trucks . read more

Stopped in to give this place a try. It's a small cafe nestled in an upscale RV park used by snowbirds. The day we went there was only 1 person working. He was the cook and wait staff. I wanted to order the chicken Caesar salad wrap but they were out of chicken breast. I ordered the hamburger. It was not bad but not exceptional. The cafe is small and has a full bar. read more

Stayed here 4/22 for a month. The spot we stayed in was very nice: paved parking pad, trees were trimmed back, and overall the facilities themselves are very good. The biggest problem is half of the amenities posted on the internet and in there literature were shut down. Bowling alley, cafe, hot tubs, were all shut down. Pool became heated 4-1 but was cool at 80 degrees. If you want exercise equipment then you are in luck: large room with rarely more than 1 person using it. I will not be staying here again without confirming that the amenities are working! One other thing of note: at least when we stayed there it was windy and dusty. It is the dustiest place we have ever stayed and that includes boondocking at Quartsite and Imperial Dam LTVA read more
