Very cute place! Very clean, quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Pahrump. (I also don't know if Pahrump has a bustling d/t.) It is literally right next to a pizza place so you can eat and drink and walk back to your room for a nap. ( Not open on Mondays tho'. We'll try them next time). The room is big with a huge bathroom. Good: - Check in was easy with a code and key box after hours. - Parking is ample - there is a fridge and microwave - did not see any bugs Okay: - the breakfast consist of apple or banana, prepackaged honey bun, and small cereal. There was milk in the fridge. We ate the cereal. Not so good: - we were in a room with 3 beds. 2 of the beds had thick stains or food stuck on comforter and human hair on the pillows and in sheets -- obviously had not been cleaned - the third bed sheets looked ok but the blanket smelled used/not clean so we slept with just a sheet which seemed to be the only clean thing - some kid left parts of a McDonald's toy on the floor which I stepped on, also added to the feeling that the room was not really cleaned Overall: I'd come back in a pinch but the cleanliness was a concern. I was very happy with this place, Patty was amazing and her staff worked hard cleanning for our group that stay there for the weekend of New Year's. The rooms were all unique, we had a private area in the back and enjoy the fire pit. I also really enjoyed the burrito for breakfast that they delivered to the room. Our group booked the entire property for multiple nights over New Years Eve plus. Our experience was so very pleasant. Our hosts and K7 staff were so accommodating. The rooms were so comfortable and gave whatever privacy you desired. We brought our own fire pit and 3 nights of fun were the best. I would say, K7 B&B is good for our one night stay before heading to Death Valley. It's fairly clean and very safe neighborhood. I enjoyed the quiet night and the beautiful country side stars that you can't see in the city. Unfortunately my daughter got stomach virus that day and threw up all over the bed at 2am...... I had to call the owner Patty and she was so nice to come out at 2:30 AM and bring me the cleaning stuff and new sets of sheets. Yes, I have to clean up my own mess because it does not have made service. I'm glad that Patty was nice enough to woke up so early to bring me change of sheets..... Though we didn't sleep much that night but breakfast nigh text day was nice and hot. Fresh coffee and country breathe was worth of staying. read more

Note: This review is from a person traveling solo to Front Sight for a 2-day course. From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. This is a family run business and Patty, (the wife), runs the front desk and restaurant area. She's fantastic! Let her know you can't make it to breakfast, (Front Sight makes you get there super early the first day), and she'll make you a breakfast you can put in your room the night before, (fridge and microwave in room). You can also pick up a good "sack lunch" for about $12 to take with you. Her husband Raja is a really nice guy to talk to while drinking a beer and relaxing in their restaurant. Very knowledgeable man with some really great ideas on expanding the property. I hope you get your brewery permit! =) I asked him if he got many FS students but he said no, they didn't agree with his politics and he pointed to a "Hillary for President" sticker on the wall. I just laughed. I'm certainly not voting for Hillary, but I don't feel the need to argue about it. We agreed that people should "agree to disagree" and we had a great conversation about family and philosophy and his favorite subject: science. So if you're coming out to FS and you want a clean, non-smoking environment, with good food and beer, and even better company I highly recommend this place. It's a bit pricier than the rooms in town but it's closer and much more relaxing. p.s. If I had brought my GF along this place probably wouldn't have worked out as well. There was no pool for her to lounge around while I'm off at FS, plus the room would have been a little too small for both of us. I stayed at the K7 B&B for four nights in May 2017 while taking the Front Sight training course. Loved the location in relation to FS. The owner, Patty makes sure you have something to eat each morning. She always made me a breakfast sandwich to go, since I didn't have time for a sit down breakfast. She and her husband Raja, as well as every one of her staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a large pizza one night, which was very good. Simple, but clean and comfortable room, with TV, AC, small fridge, freezer, and microwave, wi-fi--everything that I needed. Normally, I don't give anything a 5-star rating, but with its nice quiet location, friendly owners and staff taking care of the place, and the non smoking rooms, this nice B&B deserves a 5-star rating. What we liked: The facility was clean. Patty, the proprietress was friendly, though clearly preoccupied upon our arrival. She quickly dispensed with check-in and informed us of where we to deposit the key on departure. No second key. We wouldn't refer to it as a "warm welcome," but adequate. Some time was dedicated to the pizza offered by an outlet by the same name, clearly the same operation. Patty did provide us with a courtesy copy of the Death Valley visitor's, which we did appreciate and did use, as the trop to the visitor center in the Park is located halfway through and past some points of interest. She was on-site when we checked out. She was warmly efficient. No ice machine, though, so we replenished our cooler at the Walmart directly on Hwy. 160. What we didn't like: We were in a double queen room after changing our reservation due to extending our itinerary by one day. This required a change from a single queen. Though it didn't impose an issue except there may have been a bit less usable space. There was one bedside table situated between the two beds serving both. The mattresses were pretty basic with a simple piece of foam on top of each. The room was clearly designed by an amateur. The bathroom was excessively large with a lot of wasted space that might have been utilized better in the main room. The electrical outlets were inconvenient, but manageable with the extension cord we always carry when traveling. Of some note, this facility is located outlying Pahrump a couple of miles. It has a "rural feel," though quiet. We noted no security issues. There ensued a somewhat "stilted conversation" with the owner when rescheduling. We were initially informed that there was a "included breakfast," consisting of "cold cereal and pastries." We had booked the single with breakfast included for about $10 less. The rate was 'bumped up,' as the single was no longer available for our new arrival date. With the understanding that the higher rate represented the extra bed, we were surprised to learn that suddenly the rate didn't include breakfast, and that a breakfast would increase our cost additionally by 10%, an option that doesn't appear on booking.com, so it struck us as a case of "slight of hand." Patty suggested that we were getting "about a 10% discount," though the math didn't add up under close scrutiny. In any case, we declined her offer, as we travel with even better than that offered. It did occur to us that, given that we declined breakfast when reserving the 2-bed room, whereas we were led to believe that breakfast was included in the previously-reserved 1-bed room at 10% less, possibly we overpaid, as the two offerings were essentially equal in value - one (one-bed room) with and the other (two-beds) without breakfast. If declining the breakfast afforded us with a 10% discount, and the price differential between the two rooms was about 10%, then wouldn't the final cost be about equal? We didn't realize that savings and we're both pretty good at math! We suggest that anyone considering this option take good care when dealing with that issue. Overall, this is a fairly minimal facility, though certainly clean. We will likely look at other options should we ever desire to return to Pahrump, a city close to Death Valley and really the only viable option west of Las Vegas. read more

We had a very nice experience staying at K7. My husband and I along with our two kids stayed 2 nights. The room was clean with plenty of fresh towels and a simple but generous continental breakfast. Patty was efficient and kind during both check in and check out. I would definitely recommend K7! The price is right, it's clean and quiet with great staff. This place has some false advertisement- breakfast is not included. Even though it may have been included in the very fine print somewhere that breakfast was separate- it felt deceiving. Staff seemed a bit snappy and strict making us feel we were staying in college dorms. Meals and services were only allowed to be used at certain times, in addition to being very overpriced. Also, when we arrived our bed was not made- sheets and blankets were rolled up in the middle of the bed (we figured they were clean because we noticed a dryer sheet rolled in there) but still wasn't pleasant to arrive to an unmade bed. I recommend staying somewhere else and getting a good and well priced breakfast at Mom's Dinner. read more

I was referred to this place by a local and I don't think I could have gotten much luckier. The food was great, the beds were great, the lounge was very alive and serves even the most difficult drinks. All I can say is, if you're in the area... Not the best. Reserved the "Casita" thinking it was a casita. It was a room with a very loud resident next next door. Craig's patio is directly outside the AC unit of the "casita" making his very late conversation well heard. There were spots on the comforter & the fridge was unplugged making it unusable as it was very warm. All we wanted was a rest after a 12 HR drive, but this place did not fulfill that need. read more

I booked a night at K7 because it was the most affordable place to stay in Pahrump (no idea why lodging in this town is so pricey). To my very pleasant surprise, it is also a really nice B&B! The owner is extremely friendly and hospitable, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, and even the food in the restaurant is quite good. What a refreshing contrast from the Motel 6 level service I have gotten used to elsewhere. You can tell that the place is run by somebody who cares. read more

Excellent stay!! Nice, CLEAN rooms. Some of the best pizza I have ever had for dinner and awesome hot and fresh made to order breakfast. This was my first B&B experience and it may be tough to beat. Stayed in the family room with three queen beds. The place is amazingly set outside the city. It's quite and very scenic around the motel.

Patty and Raj are the best! The are kind, courteous and always asking if you need anything. The rooms are quiet. They are clean. The place has a home feel. The place is basic. It is not fancy, but very clean. Try the breakfast burrito, you have kitchenette which is handy. As suggestion the shower water pressure needs work. Also, the occasional trucker can forget to park in the far back and want to park directly (I mean directly) in front of the door. I called the front desk that didn't want to anything about it. So, other than that, if they had done something I would have made this a 5 star review. The staff is fast, friendly, polite, and kind. Doesn't expect anything fancy, but do expect spacious and clean. read more
