I was also especially impressed with how Jennifer handled a woman that came in while I was there for my eyebrows. The woman came in yelling about not being happy with her eyebrows and Jennifer remained calm explained that she has tried to make things right with her including touch ups but the woman was still not happy. Jennifer then tried to hand her money offing her a partial refund but the woman screamed she didn't want charity and refused the money. I don't know that anything could have made her happy. I did see her eyebrows and honestly didn't understand why she was upset but Jennifer remained calm and continued to try and make things right. After the woman finally left. Jennifer composed herself and made sure I was ok and apologized for the disruption to my appointment. I don't think she could have handled it any better.

All 5 facial tanner bulbs were out and 6 of the 20 top bulbs were out. When I came out I had the receptionist check to make sure they were out and she confirmed. I requested a refund of my $140 and they said someone would call me. 4 days past and I had to call back before someone finally called me. They refused to refund my purchase and said that the face bulbs were on order and would arrive in 7-10 days and I should just scoot down and use the bed bulbs. Clearly they do not upkeep the beds as needed to charge those kinds of fees. This is very disappointing in the way they run their business. Do not waste your money! Find a salon that has good customer service and quality service and equipment!

They accidentally sent it to her salon. When I found out I went in immediately to pick it up. She would not give me my purchase. She told me they charged her for it which was absolutely false. She was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I had to get this resolved myself. When the company called her to help me get it straightened out she told them she would leave it on her porch for me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in my own profession. I have heard from many other people about her rude, nasty behave and today I found out for myself. I would stay away from her and her business. There are too many other places to go where you can be treated like a person.
