Hope his new Office & Management for the past 3 years will get better organised with timely submitted authorisations & documents they often fail, as well as timely prescriptions. I also wish his staff will be friendlier, more compassionate and ( especially phone customer service) less rude to you often for no reason. Their phone line is a disaster for over three years as they always say they are changing their phone system? For the past three years ? Something is very wrong in here. This leads to calls not being answered & no one to talk to live but leaving VMs to only get delayed phone tag playing days after. As for me?- I am sadly that type of pain patient who is not necessary have ever found any serious pain relief from my chronic pelvic & back issues since my doctors have not found much answers on the exact cause or diagnosis of what's causing my pain. Thus, most & different injections did or do very little to zero to me. Not Doc George's fault, as I still always trust his expertise & him performing procedures whereas I feel safe while in his care. And I still attend his service by trying to find any other hope & solution with me living pain free. As for those who benefits from injections - he is the best in his field of Pain Management. Highly recommended.

From the amazing hospital and inviting receptionist, to Kendall who consistently provides a relaxed, comfortable and warm environment. and enjoyable time checking information (time always goes too quickly, she is one of those people who you look forward to seeing each visit) to Dominique the PA who is there to learn exactly what is needed and to get the required referral that will eradicate your pain, the entire team is focused on patient-oriented care. No one is in a hurry - some times to the detriment of the staff, because there are those who are always in a hurry. But, they provide the SAME EXACT LEVEL OF CARE for each individual. I've been going there almost 2 years and am so very, very thankful we found Dr George and his staff. You cannot do better than that office. It is a true team - each looking out for the other. Exemplary staff helping an exemplary doctor.

Julie and her team came highly recommended and I'm so grateful I went... I initially saw her for an injury that was caused by wearing the wrong shoes ‍ or being over 40... it's a toss up. Then came perimenopause (yeah)--- But I digress... Julie listens like your best friend and treats you like a VIP. I can rattle off 17 different symptoms in 90 seconds (because... hormones), and she somehow knows exactly what to do. She's thoughtful, thorough, and has this calm, grounded energy that helps quiet my busy brain and reset my body. Whether it's emotional chaos or muscle tension, I leave feeling like a human again. The whole team here is wonderful, but Julie has been a game-changer for me. I've searched all over Oakland County and this place is the one. They just get it--women's health, pain, stress, all of it. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with hormone havoc, body aches, or just trying to feel more like themselves again. And if you're anything like me--running on coffee, adrenaline, and mild panic--go see Julie. She'll fix you up and make you laugh too!

AMAN UPADHYAY, my office visit:…read more I drove over 3 hours to this clinic, hopeful that I would get help for my decades of chronic pain. Boy was I wrong!!! This "guy" was in the room for less than a minute. He came in over 30 minutes late, mumbling a couple of things I couldn't hear (tinnitus and hearing loss) as he closed the door. My autistic daughter said, "my dad is laying on his stomach to ease his chronic pain." He interrupted her, and told her to "shut the f*** up, this is my clinic." Astonished, I looked up and asked, "Did you just tell my autistic daughter to shut the f*** up?" He actually said this. I was taken aback by this language and treatment of my daughter. He said, "this is private property, I don't have to listen to this, you have 30 seconds to leave before I call the cops." Then he stormed out of the room! He never asked a single question about my pain. In fact, he actually ridiculed my chronic pain saying, "people here are dying, your pain isn't that bad." And he did call 911 on this 60yr old disabled Air Force Vet. On my way out I stopped in the hallway and stared at him in the cubicle bullpen. He repeated his threat. I called him an a** whole with no empathy. He called 911. Once he established his name and address, he escalated the situation by advancing toward me in an aggressive manner from almost 20 feet away! I took a half step to rebalance. That's when he leaned into my face, and quietly said, "c'mon, hit me!" This is on the 911 call he placed that the Waterford cops won't let me have. I shouted out for all to hear me say, "hit you?! How f****** stupid do you think I am?" And with that, I walked back into the lobby, slamming the door behind me after being insulted and threatened. He threw the door open and physically advanced on me again in the waiting room. Like I said, this alpha was angry and itching for a hands-on confrontation. Otherwise, he wouldn't have quietly goaded me with, "cmon, hit me," in a hushed tone, would he? I should add that I am 4 inches shorter than this male. He is bigger than me, and in much better shape than my broken body. He used his physical advantages against me in a highly aggressive manner. He physically chased my autistic 25 year old daughter and myself out the clinic doors and across the parking lot! His treatment of patients who rate him a 1 star service to should be investigated for patterns of reverse discrimination. The way he looked at me in the treatment room was downright scary. There are serious Anger Problems here. The way he treated my autistic daughter was inexcusable. His remarks and hostility towards me was his way of telling me to drop dead. No hyperbole here. I'm a 60yr old disabled Air Force Vet. I've lived in chronic pain for decades. I can read body language AND between the lines of these people. That's my experience and only visit I make to this place.

That was not acceptable. I called MIND and got an appointment ASAP. I saw the incredible Dr. Fellows and his resident. The time and care they took to gather my information surprised me. Then they discussed my case, came up with a plan, returned, and spent more quality time explaining the plan to help me. Part of the plan was carried out by Dori, who expertly arranged to get my MRI on the same day if I was willing to wait a bit. I did. The team was fantastic. My whole experience has given me a sense of relief knowing that a group of people is willing to take the time to find ways to bring relief, so I can begin functioning and enjoying my life once again. Thank you, MIND Farmington Hills.

Negative 5 stars for wasting 5 months of my time in unrelieved anguish, minus stars for the Police State attitude on the incompetent "help." Absolutely unprofessional only concerned with their personal power and in-crowd preferences. Mickey mouse fly by night ripoff bullshit!
