When I arrived, my pain level was intense, I could hardly walk; he diagnosed my issue within minutes, he was thorough, professional, articulate, very knowledgeable; and took his time in explaining in detail my issues, his recommendation and how he was going to address the problem. He had me out the door with little, to no pain in about 45 minutes. I've been more than satisfied with Kevin's diagnosis, it was spot on....and my recovery has been impressive. Dr. Charles Stanley is the one whom I see monthly in order to refill my oxycodone. He has an amazing bedside manner, is very kind and truly makes his patience, feel that they are in a safe and wonderful environment. Also, they know that Dr. Stanley honestly cares about his patients. Dr. Snodderly's team is physical intervention side of the practice. She performs occipital nerve blocks, epidurals, nerve blocks/ablations among other tools of her trade. Just today, I had an ablation on my back. With Dr. Snodderly. She is without a doubt, the most caring and, in my opinion, the most gentle physician to ever put a needle in my back. Also, even multiples at a time!! she and her staff makes you feel so comfortable. The way that she has her bedside manner and banter makes you feel like you're one of the family and you are important!! She truly cares about your results and is expertly trained so that the lidocaine doesn't even burn because she adds an ingredient so it will not burn!! During my ablation on my left side, I literally hardly felt any pain at all!! I felt at ease. If you were looking for a Pain Management group, this is it!!! I recommend this group with my life, and I do not plan on going anywhere else... Well, I am 55 this year and I am truly hoping that they stay here for at least 25+ years!! Four months on from my wellness visit I am being hounded by labcorp for payment due to an original…read moremiscoding when ordering lab work for me. They didn't code the visit as a wellness visit and coded as a meet and greet with a new doctor. This was despite me not requesting a change of primary care provider. The change was only necessary because the provider left McLeod. After I got bills from McLeod , I contacted them and they eventually corrected their own bill but they are refusing to contact labcorp with updated coding so that labcorp can correct their bill. I have spent too many hours of my time on the phone with blue cross and with labcorp and they both tell my it has to be the provider who initially ordered the blood draws that has to contact them in order for this to be corrected.

They would not allow me back to see him or talk to the dr. The charge nurse was no better and didn't want to hear anything I said. I did nothing wrong, I was in tears and so worried. These women should not be in the nursing profession they have no people skills, kindness or compassion. I will be filing a formal complaint and will not stop until I'm sure no one else will have to go through what I did. Also he was sent home in the same condition as he came. He asked me to take him to a different hospital. We went to seacoast McLeod And he was admitted. On a good note they were so very very kind and compassionate and treated his condition with the concern it deserved. It was the best hospital experience you could have asked for. Every single person was absolutely amazing. Thank you to all including our amazing floor nurses Kimberlyn and Shay.
