I've been seeing Dr. Jason Tse at The Pain Medicine Group since October 2024, after finishing chemotherapy, when I began experiencing significant knee pain related to treatment. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly attentive, compassionate, and thorough in my care. He not only treats my knee pain but also helps manage my other chronic pain and injury-related issues. I've received both steroid injections and hyaluronic gel injections through his care, and he always takes the time to explain everything and make sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. What truly stands out is how friendly and understanding he is--he listens, never rushes appointments, and makes sure I feel heard every time I'm there. Since starting treatment with him, I've experienced real relief and feel much more supported in managing my pain day to day. Finding a doctor who genuinely cares and works with you to improve your quality of life is rare, and I'm so grateful to be under his care. Good until the medication made me sick. The PA thought I wasn't taken my meds and was very sarcastic to me. I asked to speak to the Dr and she discharged me based on wrong information from the pharmacy. The PA said there's the door we will no longer treat you and enjoy what's left of your medication. I'm 60 years old and have a terminal disease and just wanted some relief of the pain. Don't go here find another Dr. "The Art of medicine " vs "The business of medicine ". This is specific to the Oviedo office with Dr. Radahd. TL;DR Avoid this place (see other recent reviews, too.) In all the visits made to this office, not once was I called even close to the appointment time. Not only are the front office (with the singular exception of one member of staff) 'brusque' but they've proven over the past year to be downright rude at times. They demonstrate little to no empathy for patients of whom a lot are elderly with hearing (and language) disabilities. In addition, the medical staff are imperious (at best), changing medications without adequate, patient consultation and dismissive when said changed meds are proven ineffective. This has led me to offer the lowest possible star rating and to cancel any further interaction with this (seemingly) Medicare-acquisitive dependent outfit. We will have nothing further to do with this place: this provides us with a grateful relief from their induced stress to dealing with true, caring professionals elsewhere. read more

Blacklisted because of a shy bladder. I understand there are policies. I even offered to have blood drawn! Or try again after my appointment. I have absolutely nothing to hide. This has never happened to me before, and instead of being patient or showing concern as to why someone cannot pee, they told me I cannot see the doctor today... or any day. I cannot make a new appointment. Blacklisted instead of compassion or concern. Embarrassed in front of the whole waiting room. So if you insist on seeing this doc office... make sure you haven't used the restroom before you go to their office. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I initially was impressed with the office waiting room and check in process. Compared to another pain doctor I've seen, their office was clean, no masks, and initially friendly. So that's why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one. I also called the office manager and am not just complaining on the internet. I hope she calls me back, so she can explain why her office policy is to blacklist and embarrass patients. read more

Sadly, although I think the medical staff are on their game, accommodating, friendly and professional, the front office staff let the entire team down; they are "jobsworths" doing by rote only what they're told are their tasks; never showing ownership, curiosity or initiative, they come off as consistently dismissive, rude and uninformed, giving the place the reputation it has. This is odd because the practice even fired a previous front office staff member, seemingly more interested in flaunting their manicured nails and pushing an ideological stance than accommodating elderly and unaware folk in serious discomfort. Experiencing patient care with Dr. Radahd has been the worst experience ever at a doctor's office. On my first visit with her, I felt rushed through the conversation. In my last episode with her, she refused to allow my wife to speak with her. I had just come out of a procedure that she had performed. I went out to the lobby, thinking they would schedule a follow-up appointment to get my results from the procedure. While waiting in the lobby, Dr. Radahd had me come back and give me her opinion about the results, which was discouraging. I went out and told my wife, who was waiting in the lobby. My wife seeing me distraught, wanted to get some clarity on the procedure and Dr. Radahd's thoughts and plans moving forward. When my wife asked her staff if she could talk with her about the evaluation, she refused to come out or let my wife go to the back and speak with her. Dr. Radahd told the front desk service person that she had already talked with me and wouldn't come to see or talk with my wife. I really could not believe what I was hearing. As I was on my way out to the car, very emotional, I passed out in the parking lot. I was taken back into the facility because they said my blood pressure had dropped below normal and wanted to monitor me until it returned to normal. They called it a Vasovagal episode. This occurs when you faint because your body overreacts to specific triggers, such as the sight of blood or extreme emotional distress. The staff took me back into another recovery room. While they were carting me back into the office, I was begging my wife to come to the back. The staff said that they would let the Doctor know. Yet, my wife never came back. When Dr. Radahd finally came in to see me, I begged for my wife again because I was half coherent. She said that I didn't need my wife to come back because I was her patient, not my wife. Then they had me inhale something stronger than the alcohol pad they had used before. I am not sure if it was ammonia or something else. But it burned my nose. After Dr. Radahd finished telling me what she thought my next steps should be, they came and rolled me to another room to monitor my blood pressure before releasing me. During that time, I asked if I could ask Dr. Radahd another question, and she refused to come and answer my question. Her staff even seemed surprised that she would not come to see me again. This behavior indicates that she cares very little about what her patient thinks about her decisions. I would expect any doctor to allow a patient to have their spouse to support them when dealing with an experience like mine. I would assume she would want the same for her family as well. All I wanted was for her to explain what she told me to my wife or to allow my wife to attend the discussion. My wife told me that while she was in the waiting room, she also observed a conflict in the office with another patient. This confirms our belief that this Doctor is not concerned about her patients, their perspectives, or feelings. I felt she was either keeping information from us or intimidated. Regardless of her reason, it was very unprofessional. My wife and I will never return to this office, and I would never recommend her to anyone. Service jobs are to serve and help others, even if it means answering questions and ensuring patients that they are doing whatever they can to help them. I understand that doctors are not perfect, but their passion should be to help others. As a person of color, I was disappointed to see a minority Doctor treat another minority this way. It is already difficult as minorities in the medical field, and we all need to help everyone of all backgrounds because all lives matter. read more

I've had no issues with the doctors. But the scheduling of appointments is mind numbingly painful, you can only do certain kinds of appointments on certain days. I've never had an office call so often to move previously scheduled appointments (but the days you want are all taken or not an option). They seem to always be over booked. Like for all of the trying to be organized but it still doesn't help. Poor aunts aunts waited hour and 30 minutes today. There is very little empathy from the staff.. they are just doing the best they know how. Need a third party to come in and find a way to improve this. read more

You can certainly tell this chick doesn't like what she does anymore, and it reflects of her staff attitude towards patients and the staff's performance, which is pitiful. Well that was a complete waste of time!! I arrived at 11:10 for an 11:20 appointment. When I checked in at the window she asked me for my new patient paperwork. Puzzled, I told her I didn't have any and wasn't told to go online to fill any out. She asked if I received a new patient packet in the mail, I advised no. She handed me the new patient paperwork and said to hurry because my appointment was at 11:20. I completed it quickly and gave it back. 40 minutes later I asked about why I was still waiting. She said she didn't know. She asked a nurse and the nurse said I wasn't on "his" schedule. Well duh, cause my appointment was with "her". They took me back to a room. The nurse takes my BP and I asked if they received all my MRIs ok. She said we have one of your knee. I said I wasn't there for my knee, I was there for my back. She said she doesn't have anything on my back. WHAT?! I advised that when I made the appointment, I gave all the information about why I was coming in, who I've seen, where I've had imaging, etc... and even signed a release so that all my records could be obtained. I went one further and told them I could bring in the records myself if it would be helpful but they declined. Nurse goes back to front desk and tells them what I told her and I hear someone say "that's not true" so I went up to the desk. I said it absolutely IS true. They looked and saw that Monica had taken my phone call and therefore the ball was dropped by her. They continued to bitch and complain about Monica, the golden one, and how it's not their fault, etc... I go back to the room, it's been an hour now that I've been there. Finally the doc comes in. The first thing she does is try to say how they don't have my paperwork because the other places they are requesting it from aren't cooperating. Trying to shift blame. I explained to her that her office was at fault and I know they didn't even try to request the proper records until just now. I tried to tell her what I know to be on the records but she shushed me. She said, and I quote, "listen sweetie, we are an interventionist, I don't have your imaging to be able to tell what I can do for you but when I get them, if I feel an injection will help, I will have my staff call you and get you on the schedule immediately. WTF?!?! No examination. No apology for my experience with their office so far. Wouldn't even let me tell her what I know about my back. I said.... "Based on my experience with your office so far, the lack of communication and professionalism, your condescending attitude, and your unwillingness to let me, the patient speak, I wouldn't be comfortable with you giving me a band aid. I'll be seeking treatment elsewhere. I left... in pain. read more

Beware! Do not see her. She was terrible. Her staff is incompetent as well. Less than a star is proper. She was negligent and wrote my prescription WRONG, she didn't write my diagnosis code so I could not get it filled. I drove around for 4 hours to 5 pharmacies and no one would fill her script and I wondered why until the 5th pharmacist told me she didnt write my diagnosis code on the rx. She didn't listen to my health condition concerns and refused to continue writing my proper therapy, she changed it after I'd already explained that I'd been running out of it and wasnt taking it properly I was taking less than I was prescribed and going through withdrawal, my blood pressure was extremely high which she ignored. I ended up going to ER that night and was admitted for 2 days. The hospital Neurologist said I should I have been treated but dr radahd intentionally wrote my rx wrong, she refused to listen to my therapy, she insinuated I was pill chasing...because my last specialist no longer accepted my insurance. She didn't read my med records which I'd supplied in advance and I also had in hand. She treated me horribly. Never fixing my rx till 10 days later. I'd called her office for resolve no one called back. So I moved on. She is extremely negligent she'll try to change your therapy, I have MS which is a painful disabling condition that she ignored and she didn't write my diagnosis code,yet this is the nature of your business,how do you forget that? Office staff is very unprofessional does speaks bad of patients while they sit outside in waiting room. They refuse to tell patients that they need urine tests done before booking there appointments so the can set up appointments for this, and if they can not do they urine test they will not see you or book another appointment. I was totally caught off guard on my appointment with this office and the rude medical ssistant and the doctor that wouldn't even see me. I was accused of using two much opioids from two different doctors. I am 71 who had body trauma from car accident. Neck doctor sent me to pain management and had procedure for frequency radiation ablation. I was given Codeine with Tylenol to manage pain. Few months later went into surgery for severe rotator cuff surgery with a hole and other issues. I was given Hydrocodone with Tylenol. I told pain management I may be going for surgery. Went to January 13th appointment to let them know how my neck was. The reception area was very crowded so I waited in car. Almost an hour when I was seen by either a nurse or assistant not doctor. First thing she says is what meds I was on . I told her and she looks up very rude and disrespectful saying you can't be on those two drugs and left me and went to the doctor and came back and said I know longer can cone to this office. I was stunned!, I understand that these medications can be addictive which I am definitely not but she assumed and all I came is to talk about my pain level. I went to Publix Pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist who said the two medications were interchangeable but at this time I was only on the one prescribed by the shoulder surgeon. Both offices were aware of medications I was put on. I walked very upset and on how I was treated. This assistant was very snappish and assumed the worse, Do not go to them. The people are so rude. i was going to talk about my Neck to have the nerves burned. i was told i had to have a urine sample and leave my purse outside where all the people are checking out. I said why ? The guy said if i did not comply to just leave. Everyone in this building is extremely rude including the doctor Mauna Radahd. Then when i was leaving i was done, certainly not going to make another appointment for a shot in my neck. i tried to leave and they made me sign all kinds of papers saying i would not give out or get drugs from anywhere else. I do not take drugs and did not want any. It was the worse experience of my life. i have never had any experience like this at any doctors office anywhere ever. My Wife and I have Had an amazing experience for 3 years with PMG. I have not been personally treated by Dr. Radahd, but my wife has, for over three years. Initially, my wife was seeing Dr. Radahd for a ruptured disc. Dr. Radahd treated her pain as best she could, while giving my wife's back time to heal, which her specific type of injury does about 70% of the time. Unfortunately, my wife had to undergo back surgery, and it went well. While Dr. Radahd was not the surgeon, she was there for every step of the treatment, and we took great comfort in her follow-up, and really appreciated her careful approach to treatment and surgery. Recently (the past year) my wife has gone to Dr. Radahd for stem-cell treatments for chronic knee pain. The results have been remarkable! My wife was able to walk for DAYS last year when we went on vacation to Viet Nam. We weren't expecting such good results, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well the stem cells worked. I will be undergoing stem cell treatment one of these days (I keep putting it off) at Dr. Radahd's office as my knee continues to slowly get worse due to a basketball injury from my teens. I will probably quit procrastinating and just go ahead and do it, and Dr. Radahd's great treatment of my wife gives me confidence in her work. One last thing I have to comment on, I'm surprised at some of the awful reviews I have seen posted on Yelp regarding Dr. Radahd. My experience with Dr. Radahd has been nothing but positive, and her staff has always treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. I did not appreciate that my medication information was shared loudly in front of other patients by the receptionist who was delivering the message from a doctor. It was very unprofessional and violating to my confidentiality. Today, August 28th, I received the same response and felt very disrespected again. This doctor does not have enough respect for her patients to even explain why she does not want to change my prescription or find a solution to my pain. The attitude that I get from White Nationalists (being that Im a Black male) is the same attitude Im getting from Dr. Radahd and some of her staff. When youre not connected with what you feel inside, it comes out in your facial expressions, your words, and your actions. This is absolutely the biggest rip off ever. I called to schedule an appt and the person over the phone assured me their were other ways of treating pain other then medication. When we got there, we explained that we were not interested in medication. The doc told us there was nothing she could do. I mentioned therapy, exercise, meditation, tens unit, shots and pain therapists. She would not help me with any of theses in any fashion. I will be filing a claim against this company with my insurance. I will aslo be reviewing the company everywhere possible stating all this place wants to do is distribute pain medication. I made it perfectly clear that it was not an option for me. You are definitely not in the business of treating pain. Do not go to this doctor unless u want to put a band-aid on your pain and get addicted to narcotic pain medicine. read more

At first Dr. Rahdad is extremely nice everything is sweetie, well after a few appointments you see her other side, she cuts you off, is her way or the highway. I see others specialists for my chronic pain and explained that from the beginning, she started changing most of my meds. I had a nerve ablation after waking up from anesthesia I requested to speak to her was told she was very busy and couldn't see me when I saw her going back and forth to the fountain water. She's rude, gives me attitude when I asked if there others alternatives. At this point I don't want to see her again, called my insurance and reported her requested an appointment for a second opinion but the sweet doctor won't discharge me in order to see a real pain management doctor. On my appointment she only gives me meds and fail procedure. Please do more research if you need a pain management doctor she's not the one. Another doctor that only wants to charge the insurance and push pills don't care if it works for the patient or not. read more

Very Bad experience today. after providing all the new patient paperwork days in advance in person, we show up for the scheduled appointment and we are told that my husband can not go into the appointment with me. I suffer from dementia and cannot remember what the doctor says or even communicate with her well enough to share what has been done medically by my previous doctors to make the appointment effective. After my husband agreed to leave, they asked me for a urine sample which I was unable to give because I went the bathroom prior to coming. Then because I could not provide a sample for them they would not let me see the doctor or even reschedule for another appointment. Total waste of time and very unprofessional. So uncompassionate.. After receiving medial branch blocks and epidurals, I am 80% pain free. I am able to stand longer and walk further now. Dr. Radahd was amazing and the office staff were all wonderful. Great place to go for lasting pain relief. read more

after driving from california to florida i need a new pain management doctor so i could keep getting my pain meds like i have for the past 25 years. i was refered to dr Rahdad by my primary so i thought all would go as it had in california. my first vist to dr Rahdad i was told by her that they did not prescribe just pain meds and i would need to have a different treatment if i were to continue to get any relief for my back pain. she flat out told me if i did not get her epideral shots i could not get any more pain meds. i told her i had had the shots before and they did not work. after getting the 3 dule shots in my back i can no longer drive for more than a 1/2 hour before now severe pain apears in my right leg. before the last pair of shots i told her i was having more pain in my right leg than before. after the series of shots and my last time in her office she didnt even come in to review the results, her PA was sent in to evaluate. when i tolh her about the pain i was told to just suck it up. what ever you do do not go to this doctor, she has no concern for her victums and teachers others her her office to act the same way. i now go to a different pain management group and am being treated by professional people. those of us in reall need of help did not created these horrible laws we are forced to live by and all we ask is that we are treated like partners enduring this burden not like criminals to be thrown out or experimented on. read more

This practice is horrible. The front office team is unprofessional and rude. The Physician is anti medication. My husband went home crying from all the pain he was in and they just said take some advil. This blew me away because my husband told me that during his intial consultation the Physician was very sweet, however she failed to address the pain. She walks out of the room and you have to wait weeks for an injection, what about the current moment? People are suffering from chronic pain and this is certainly not a patient first journey. I think as a healthcare provider you need to look at the facts presented in front of you. In this case my husband has a damaged nerve and herniated disk with chronic pain and you provided no option except to wait weeks for an injection. The front office also whispers about other patients and you could literally hear them talking about you. Then they have the nerve to text you after your visit after not providing you anything to help subside the pain. read more
