Really quiet. Nice place to put on my favorite clown mask and think. Good spot for cult meetings too!

When my nephew passed away, my family turned to Jeff and the services and support he provided were second to none. Losing someone without any warning who was so young in life, was shocking and beyond tragic. In that moment of chaos, Jeff provided comfort and stability for our family as he orchestrated the most amazing funeral service I have ever seen. He met with us that day and took care of every single detail. When I look back on those few days in Jeff's care, I remember his attention to detail, utmost professionalism, and feeling like he became part of our family in the process. He helped us honor our fallen one and from my perspective, the funeral services he provided helped me and continues to help me deal with the loss. Most recently, we lost a member of our family to cancer and I was tasked with making the funeral arrangements. I turned to Jeff who carried out our loved ones small, intimate, funeral wishes to perfection. Throughout the process, Jeff kept our budget in mind, was in constant contact with me, and provided a beautiful service. On both occasions, my family and friends kept saying how wonderful the funeral service was while our family walked away knowing that we remembered and honored our loved ones lives to the utmost level. It is never easy to lose someone you love and I can't imagine anyone being able to remember and honor the life of a loved one more professionally and elegantly than Jeff Monreal Funeral Home.

Anthony helped walk us through the logistics after the passing of our Mom from start to finish with compassion and professionalism. At no time did we feel pressured, and quite the opposite since Anthony was upfront with options and solutions. Calling hours at the funeral home went well, and the next day at church and the cemetery were also flawless. We were so impressed with the appearance of our Mom, as only others who have experienced the death of a loved one could understand. I have a new deep appreciation for those who embalm, style hair, dress, and do make-up so our loved one looked amazing - a visual that helps to ease the pain of a lost loved one. We had a mishap with the cemetery and Anthony helped navigate and advocate for us. That was above and beyond and very much appreciated during this difficult time. He ensured that our Mom was taken care of in spite of the cemetery resisting responsibility for an issue they caused. It was great to have Anthony in our corner to help. We would definitely recommend Orlando-Donsante-Previtte Funeral Home.

She was very angry, rude to us, yelled at our children, removed all the tissues when she saw we had kids. The provided pastor was terrible - he was generally confused, made sexist remarks during the service, skipped the part of the service for the family to share. Proprietor's wife stripped the body of jewelry, glasses, and wig right in front of the family and refused to close the casket after doing so. Our family was heartbroken and embarrassed by the anger and insensitivity towards us. Using Orlando-Donsante was overall a nightmare.
