You shouldn't tell someone that a payment system is okay and then send them a bill for $700 or you going to start Court proceedings. Good luck getting that lump-sum out of a 70 year old woman on welfare and a mentally handicapped 25 year old. The business ethics of this place are abhorrent and no one should do business there.
