They roll in with every piece of equipment you could imagine, arrive on time, are kind and communicative, and after six months of waiting on others -- they are banging out a beautiful job, just in the first day they're here. I'm giddy with excitement as my punch list gets smaller and smaller and it's all taking shape. I feel so blessed to have found them and, though you have to be patient to wait your turn, they are fast, efficient, friendly and it was well worth the wait. Two different Ford dealerships were unable to help. Ford used to make a repair kit for this but not anymore. Contacted several different places including one other major local glass franchise and a few accessory shops. No one would touch it. Called back the second Ford dealership here locally. Asked what am I supposed to do? Service guy was helpful and said he would research it and get right back to me. Called back with two answers. A repair kit available at a local auto parts store or Pemi Glass. Called Pemi Glass and spoke with Steve. He said no problem, they had a repair kit for this and it's better than the kit from the auto parts store. Told me to come by the next day and he'd look at it. Went the next day and he had it done within an hour for only $30!!! Works perfectly, if not better. No doubt the solder contact was cracking/breaking over time.
