I think we had Harold come inspect the work twice - lots of agreeing with us but very little supervision on his part. In the end, we were charged full price (well over 5k) for work that we're saving up to have repainted. We specifically went with this company because we wanted to support NYC teachers but cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

The loss of one star is due to the fact that when items were moved away from the house so they could spray, they didn't return the items back where they belonged (i.e. An outdoor patio table, BBQ grill, etc.). A few minutes to move these things back would have made a world of difference to me and would have earned them a 5 star rating.
