My 2019 Mustang Bullitt was sprayed by broken glass from a vehicle in front of me. I am very picky about my car and it has never been driven in the rain or had any weather on it. Jeremy was awesome! He keep my car inside his shop the entire time he was working on it and did an unbelievable job with the body and paint work! My car is better than when I dropped it off to him. I took my car in after getting some deer damage. The estimate was fair. The end price was 1% above the estimate. The delivery date was slower than estimated because either the wrong part was ordered or the wrong part was sent. The work was excellent. It looked better than new when I got it back. Some just small dings, some major body repairs, but each time Jeremy and his team have been responsive, quick to turn the work around, and have delivered great customer service. I am new to C'ville and I broke my side mirror backing out of my garage. Even though it was an expensive mirror, Paint Perfections didn't even charge me for putting in. The men at the shop are smart and know what they are doing. Paint Perfections rocks it. It is a little hard to find but just call when you get nearby and they will guide you in. Look for the orange mailbox. The people are kind, and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to work with them. I am very happy to have found them!!! read more

BAIT and SWITCH! I was quoted, by the OWNER of this shop, "Jeremy", a "ball park" price to do some very simple fender installation on my car. There was no damage to any portion of the car, this was simply a cosmetic upgrade. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle (approximately 30 mins away from my place in charlottesville), the estimate BALLOONED from 1200 to over 2000. The owner was given all of the details about this car, including the vin number and color. The fact is, the second estimate is not in the same ballpark, and "Jeremy" was completely unapologetic and arrogant when confronted about the price disparity. The rest of the staff were professional and friendly, but the management is terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Terrible experience! 11 business days over the estimated time AND I'm still waiting. No interest at all in compensating my incurred costs because of their delay. $7700 repair and absolutely NO customer service. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use this company. read more

Absolutely ecstatic with Paint Perfections! Gave me a great price for fixing the paint and sealant on the side of my car and got it done in about day when they knew I was in a crunch for time to leave town. On the way to pick up my vehicle from Paint Perfections I ended up broken down on the side of 64 and the owner came and picked me up and took me to my car. Great people, very friendly and attentive, and did a quality job on my car. VERY impressed. Would recommend them to anyone needing work on their car! read more
