Scheduling an appointment was easy. It wasn't a long wait time when vehicle was being serviced. I'll go back for sure.

Great intelligent service for my 18 Mercedes with a fair price done on time --and with good loaners.

I made a 10:00 appointment for some regular maintenance service, an oil change, brake fluid…read morereplacement, and tire rotation. Arrived at 9:40. There were six people ahead of me, no one at the counter and no place to sit. So I stood in line behind six people. Someone finally arrived at the desk, I was told it was the manager. He couldn't stop going over the details of a tire he didn't have with a prospective customer. He continually turned the computer screen to show the details, like the inventory of every NTB in the state of VA to demonstrate that they didn't have the part. Several times, he exited into the shop area and was gone for minutes. The phone was ringing off the hook. and never once got answered. He finally told her she would have to order it online, with never ending explanations on how to do it. She went to leave four times and he just wouldn't stop instructing her on ordering the tire. He completely ignored the six other people in line. She finally left and someone else stepped up to the counter. He never made eye contact or said a word, just worked on the computer, printed something out, and went into the parking lot pursuing this one prospective customer. He did this not once, but twice. He never acknowledged the six people waiting, which was now down to five, as one had left. He continued to work on the computer, with no word or eye contact with anyone. At this point, I had been waiting 20 minutes, and only moved up in line due to attrition. I stepped up, informed him who I was an asked him to cancel the appointment. He never had the courtesy to look me, or anyone else waiting, in the eye. Never once said "sorry folks, we're shorthanded and busy, and I'm working to get to you." It was the most incompetent, unwelcoming, and poor excuse for a business I have been in for quite some time. I cannot speak to the quality or timeliness of their actual automotive service, because their customer service was so poor I couldn't get there. But if this end of the business was managed so horrifically, I was not taking any chances on how bad the actual service might be. I will go somewhere else. I only gave NTB one star because you can't give none. I would never go back there. I would never recommend that anyone else ever go there. Business goes where it's welcomed, not ignored. They need to learn that lesson here.

I managed to limp to the local Dodge dealership - DON'T GO there, ever. Because it was Independence Day, their service team was off, and all the staff there seemed interested in was to try to sell me a new truck - while my horse was sticking his head out of the trailer attached to my truck. The staff there hardly even acknowledged me, though my sixty foot rig was sitting right in front of them. So I called USAA Roadside Assistance, and they managed to find Larry's Auto & Truck Repair from their list. I've been with USAA for over twenty years and their service providers have never steered me wrong. The rep even spoke to Yasha on the phone prior to his speaking to me, so he was well informed of the situation. He told me he was at his shop and would wait for me and see what he could do. The man was literally waiting for me like a surgeon expecting a seriously ill patient being transported to the hospital. I'm not exaggerating when I say he took the keys from me, said to make myself comfortable and he would get to work as soon as possible once he finished with the other client. He managed to fix my truck - it was a air dam hose that had blown off and the turbo had malfunctioned which caused the computer to shut down power to the engine as preservation. I need a new hose, but the parts store wasn't open so he made certain to tell me to get one as soon as possible as it was at the end of its life (truck is a 1998 Dodge Ram turbo diesel. After all his time and effort, to include test driving my truck before having me do the same, he only charged me for ONE hour of labor, plus tax. I was dumbfounded. He even pointed out his number and requested that I call him to let him know I arrive safely at my destination. What started out as an absolutely horrible day made worse by a bunch of insensitive and uncaring people ended on a brighter note. it was a true pleasure to meet someone that cares about what he does and the customers he meets.

They stopped here to drop the car off and they used illegitimate parts that totally screwed up the car. They were uncommunicative and completely avoidant. We paid using my credit card. Now we are trying to figure it out with another auto shop and this "business" is refusing to give back the money that they took from our family for a faulty job. Larry (the guy who actually threatened my sister), Amanda, Yasha (the owner who never answers the phone and avoids all responsibility) and the whole place need to understand that people in a desperate position shouldn't be toyed with. Having a con-artist auto shop threaten my sister, destroy our car, and hold our money hostage is a new low. UPDATE: It's strange to say this but they actually got a lawyer to pull down negative reviews from my family. How disgraceful. Law is finally at a point where con-artists are being defended.

Do not use this company. It's a long review but worth the read. Our experience with the company…read morestarted out great or so we thought. We chose this company because it accepts people with lower credit scores and my partner wanted to be able to build his credit and buy a car. We understood the consequences of paying a higher interest rate, but were willing to accept it. We had no mechanical issues with the car we made our monthly payments on time. We were told when we purchased the car that the company would pull our credit and send the monthly report to Equifax when we're making our payments on time. That did not happen. Neither one of our credits were pulled, and there was no report to any of the three credit bureaus that we were making our payments. In December, the car was involved in an accident. Because of the snow and ice and bad weather it was difficult to work two full-time jobs and collect the data needed for the claim. When all was said and done, the insurance company totaled the vehicle, and an amount was suggested. Because I was not the owner of the vehicle, I advised the insurance company they should make those arrangements with the dealership as to what they would accept. I put F&S Financial, which is the in-house lending company for Free Bridge auto in contact with my claims agent, giving the claim number the agent telephone number and her extension. Vise versa with the insurance. That's when everything went south. We did what we were supposed to do when the accident occurred. It was after hours, so we left a message and then we called back the following morning to report the accident to the dealership. I did so with TJ. The insurance company was contacted immediately. now that everything is supposed to be settled and done the dealership is trying to make claims that we never notified them. They're trying to make claims that they're not able to contact the insurance company for three weeks. They claimed that the insurance company wasn't contacting them back about payment of the vehicle. Within a five minute call, I spoke to the claims department got the total, made sure everything was signed off on and approved. Payment was mailed out the following day. In the meantime, constant harassing calls threats of interest rates for nonpayment, yelling, screaming, unprofessional language, unprofessional behavior in general is all we have dealt with since. The Manager TJ remained reasonable until today when he yelled and became disrespectful. He advised me that Sean (sp) his manager, was aware of my situation and listened in the background and did nothing. Our files have been documented improperly with Barbara at F&S Financial stating she was calling and leaving messages with the insurance company every day. I spoke with the agent who verified that when messages are left, it is sent to an email. She verified through her email that there were no messages in her email from them. To be "devils advocate " she said that there was a time when they were transitioning phones, but keep in mind I speak to them every time I call! They went so far after hours 6:30 in the evening to be exact as to call our phone blocking their number so when we answer the number they just hung up. They did not realize that all you have to do is return that call from your call log and it automatically dials the number back. So when we did so, a live person, Alicia to be exact answered the phone. She immediately started yelling and screaming that she had never spoken to me before and didn't know why I was calling and hung up the phone. We called back they would hang up. They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful company that I have ever experienced. They put on a nice front, but as soon as someone calls them out for being in the wrong the defensive aggressive behavior starts. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. You will find that most dealerships have programs for everyone with better rates.

Beware of Service Department - Always Get a Second Opinion!…read more On July 28, 2025, my 2014 Prius gave me a Hybrid System warning to pull over and have it checked by a professional. I was on Rt 250 heading toward I-64 in 93°+ heat, during rush hour traffic, and made the safe choice to drive to Flow Toyota instead of risking a breakdown on the road. Andrew told me to leave the car overnight for diagnosis. The next day, I got shocking news: Hybrid battery replacement: $3,291 Additional required repairs: $6,500 When I asked if I could just replace the battery now and do the rest later, I was told NO, that the car would not be drivable without all the work done at once. At the time, I was going through a horrific divorce, moving into a damaged rental home, and under extreme financial stress. I couldn't afford a second opinion, tow truck, or rides back and forth. I felt backed into a corner and ultimately donated my Prius rather than sink $10,000 into repairs. Later, as a former USMC mechanic, I reviewed the paperwork -- and was furious. The so-called "necessary" services were completely unrelated to the hybrid battery and would not have prevented me from driving the car: Fuel induction service + additive Coolant exchange (listed 3 times to pad the bill) Spark plug replacement (not due) Transmission drain & refill These extras totaled $5,008.12, NOT the $6,500 quoted -- and none were essential for drivability. After I emailed Flow Toyota, their manager Kyle did refund my diagnostic fee, but by then it was too late. I went from a 50 MPG Prius to a 14 MPG diesel truck, all because I trusted their word. Final thought: Don't make my mistake. Always get a second opinion before paying for major work. Don't let anyone pressure you into unnecessary services.

I used to be able to schedule maintenance appts through the Toyota app and now I cannot. I recently went for a state inspection and failed. I showed a friend who is a Toyota mechanic, with his inspection license a video the Flow Toyota service technician sent me and my friend told me he has never failed an inspection for what Flow failed my vehicle for. I was advised to get my car inspected elsewhere or call VSP about the rejection. I loved the convenience of Flow Toyota being close to my work and having the shuttle service drop me off is one of the reasons I stayed, but I will now be getting my maintenance done elsewhere. All of the staff are also incredibly nice, I've never had any complaints about customer service.
