Before they came for the job our townhouse was white. After they left, it was still white. But was it? This was not the same townhouse than before by any means. Somehow, they both managed to instill life, happiness and beauty to all walls, ceilings and baseboards. Only a labor of love can do this. When the painters arrived they asked us for 1500 more than we were quoted because they thought it would take longer than the four days originally planned by the company's representative. We said No and then they asked for 1000 more. We said we have other quotes and if they were not going to stick to the original price we would go with someone else. Someone gave us this price originally based on their visit to our house before. We asked for a refund on our deposit. They gave us a hard time trying to take most of the deposit and gave us receipts for items purchased that were dated after the fact. We offered them 200 and they ignored this. We disputed it with our bank and were fully refunded. When they saw we were not suckers, they gave up the fight. they say this has never happened to them before yet they have been in a business only a few years.

I hired Joe to paint my 2-bedroom condo in Brickell, Miami which I just purchased. This was 10…read moreyears after he painted my 1-bedroom condo which paint job is still in very good condition. He takes time to paint the surfaces properly and can even out surfaces if required due to moisture, and uses only the highest quality paint. For the 2-bedroom job, it was tricky because the prior owner left wallpaper and glue residue on the walls which needed to be carefully removed. Despite this obstacle, Joe handled the difficult task with expert perfection as one cannot even tell the wallpaper was there. Also, he even added in baseboard work and installed new ones where the old ones looked damaged. Joe arrives promptly and charges a reasonable price for the amount of work performed. He also finishes the job within his estimated time frame unless there are extenuating circumstances. Overall, I highly recommend him, which is why I am a repeat customer.
