Well, that little girl grew up and married a man who didn't want an old Victorian house with all its potential age-related problems, but recognized my wish and said, let's get a new construction home, and you can make it look like a Victorian house. So here we are. This dream has now become a reality. My new construction home, while beautiful, was painted a builder neutral which just isn't me. They listened to my dream paint job and brought it to life, even with a rather complex paint plan unusual to Texas. What was once a brown on brown on brown house is now a gorgeous sea green with turquoise accents and framed by a cloud white trim, with the front door and back doors repainted in a deep ocean blue.
