I am not the easiest customer either. I am not a fast decision maker and during construction I changed the color of the deck, added painting, lighting, and even some extra flooring. Goodwin was accommodating and charged very reasonable pricing for my changes. Goodwin just does things the right way. One last thing - they stand behind their work! Many months after completion a ceiling vent started coming a little loose. A subcontractor was here to fix it immediately.
