He actually opened the unit, cleaned it out, ran some diagnostic tests and (BEST OF ALL) was kind and polite! He told us that the unit is on its way out, but will make it for a little longer. Yesterday, the unit stopped working. I called him in the evening and he came out first thing in the morning. He could have jerked me around and insisted on a new unit, but he was honest and replaced a small part. We know and he knows that the unit will need replaced sometime. They were professional with the installation and even took care of the paperwork for us to receive the rebates. They installed a high efficiency furnace, humidifier, heat pump with a smart thermostat. We were even to add a new hot water heater as having all the work completed at once resulted in a welcomed savings. The hot water heater and air conditioner have worked flawlessly and we have noticed a savings on our utility bill. We had work done by another contractor that unfortunately damaged our new furnace and Carey and his team quickly came out to assess the situation. Carey even made a special trip to meet with the insurance adjuster. Amazing service and we are looking forward to many years of trouble free service.
