A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. He told you up front what he felt you could expect from his work. In my case I had a large dent on the rear bumper of my new Telluride. Someone had hit my car hard while I was parked and they were turning into a parking space beside me. Joe thought he could get the dent out but the way it was hit and where it was hit the job was a little complicated. Joe took his time working to remove the dent for almost a couple of hours but in the end he got the dent out. He even buffed out the scuffs on the fender from the hit.
