Dan, who wrote the estimate, was great to talk to about past New England expieriences. He wroite the estimate, Then Mike, the owner came out to explain all that would be done. The truck looks better than when I took it off the lot. Brian, who I believe was shop manager, came out when I picked it up and made sure I was happy with the repairs. Since I was told the tailgate and fender would need total replacement because the aluminum cannot be repaired that the damage was too extensive. I went to two other body shops and they told me approximately the same thing. VAS repaired the damage for $1000. you cannot tell it was ever damaged. The owner of one of the other shops recommended I go to VAS, that he is the only one they know to fix it without replacing the fender and tailgate. Surgi, the owner, I found is a wonderful man also.

Promoting services such as detailing, tint, auto repair, stereo system upgrades. I don't think going the extra mile means getting a vehicle stolen by a homeless person that Jesse Dyer, the owner, hired. Apparently the homeless employee was told by a Fernando that he could use my vehicle which was in Jesse's possession for approximately 2 months. Why so long? THe one stop shop that was hired to tint, detail, install a muffler, air filter, carpet and upgrade the sound system kept running into issues and delays. Stay FAR FAR away from this place. OVC is NOT a place that you can trust to bring a vehicle to. They lack security and allow homeless employees that they don't pay to go for joyrides and sleep in customer's vehicles. The work is subpar as the carpet they installed had to be removed as it didn't fit. I retrieved my vehicle in pieces, the shop is incompetent and was unable to finish the work after 2 months and probably concocted this whole theft drama to absolve them of doing the work. Not to mention the approximate loss of $2000 worth of stereo equipment. Liability? The company and owner seem to lack assets to be able to recoup losses. The best I can do is warn you, the reader of this review, to avoid this place at all costs. Nothing positive comes from dealing with businesses like this. Don't ever take your vehicle here. The waiting room was comfortable and the staff extremely informative. The cost was $150 less than the dealer! I'm happy to have found a top, general mechanic shop in my new home so quickly!
