I also asked for a quote on painting the whole roof. I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the roof and hood were very weathered, needing paint. I wish I had taken before photos to show how much they brought it back to its glory days. Ms Kathy made feel very comfortable and welcomed. Mr Thomas inspected my vehicle, gave me honest expectations and clear options and a fair estimate. As work progressed Mr Thomas called me every step of the way to keep me advised. Mr Alan worked on my Jeep too and really added some nice touches like a new emblem and really worked hard to to bring the hood and sides all together. I felt that they really believed in the potential restoration they could accomplish and I know they worked hard and went above and beyond the work order to make my Jeep sparkle and shine again. Thomas even polished my yellowed and opaque head lamps! I can't be happier. I felt they were just as excited as me, or maybe more. The color is beautiful and looks just like original. I don't recommend Joe's collision repair. I was involved in…read morea rear end collision and I took my truck to Joe's collision repair for repairs. Kevin. promised that the vehicle will be as good as new and if I notice anything wrong, it's because they've done something wrong. After a lengthy battle with the insurance company to provideJoe's with all OEM parts and all the funds needed to repair my truck correctly. Joe's failed to install the parts correctly. The bumper was completely misaligned. The sensors did not work. The welds are horrible and the quarter was welded in the wrong place , the tail light does not fit in its place. I had a horrible experience with Kevin trying to get my truck corrected. Joe's made a serious mistake, and after two more attempts of trying to get it corrected, I realized that there was no way this shop was capable or wanted to repair my truck correctly. There's just absolutely no quality control in the shop. This was a very expensive project. I'm so disappointed because I did everything I could to provide Joe's with the best parts and all the funds that they needed . attached our photos of the repair after the third attempt . this was a very expensive repair!!

They took one quick walk around it and these ancillary parts were somehow added to the estimate. Either they didn't listen to what I wanted, or they didn't pay attention to what I wanted. Specifically: 1. There is overspray in areas where it should not be present. 2. The paint color does not match the rest of the vehicle. 3. There is damage to the new quarter panel that was installed by Dyer Collision, which appears to have occurred during installation. Overall, the workmanship is very disappointing. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, it was extremely dirty. Charlene explanation why our car was dirty due to construction being done on the parking lot. Not a good excuse. After cleaning it ourselves, we were able to clearly identify the damages and defects mentioned above. I was pleased to pick up my car and found they took time to wash and vacuum. I just knew there were going to be hidden fees. When I got my keys from the office, I admit I had an attitude. They were patient with me. I left pleased with the bodywork, guaranteed repair work until I sell my car. I can see frustration if ppl are paying for rentals. It's worth the extra cost to include rental coverage in your insurance policy. Thank you for the smooth experience.

This is the worst experience I've had in the 64 years I've been driving. This was a minor accident…read morethat took 23 days to finish for the primary reason they had to take apart certain repairs and do it again. To top it all off they emptied my console and left everything on the passenger mat, did a terrible job cleaning the car.They had to replace a headlight and rather than mention the new one would be brighter than the old. They said nothing. Please do your favor and shop your repair. This is not worth the stress you will go through. Do the job right the 1st time.
