very easy to get an appointment. The work was done in a great efficient way. And a very good reasonable price.

Honest family run business. There's just about nothing these folks can't do to keep you on the road. I've used them for many years & found them to be totally aboveboard. read more

I took an older Jeep Cherokee to them because of the rear smoking. John told me that the vehicle needed a new rear end and to order one from Amazon. I did, it was installed , but continued to have brake and smoking issues. On the phone, I was advised that it was because I lived Oceanside, that the salt was causing the issues. No one else has problems living here. I brought the Jeep back to John, who Advised that I needed a new rear end. When I told him he installed a new one the past year, he said, "well maybe that one was bad." He refused to put it on the lift to show me what was wrong. I understand that he was going through a personal tragedy at that time, but I had also suffered a serious loss. I just said, "whatever John" and will never return. read more

I had a crisis truck engine problem on a Friday afternoon after getting back to the airport in Vero Beach. Friends recommended J&Js so I went over Monday. On the way there I mentioned J&Js to another friend who raved about them too. He was told his car was fine and he did not need to have them do any work. He drove away free of charge. Who does that? I got my truck to them and they fixed the problem of failed coil pack on cylinder 3 for $90 with a few hours. If you're having a bad day and need to be encouraged with Good News these J&J folks will bless your socks off with honest car repair and very reasonable prices (fast turn around too!!). . .it's just how they roll. read more

The Oil Change that cost me $1000. About 10 months ago, I had my oil changed at J&J Auto Works. When I got my next oil change this summer (in Canada), the Canadian shop told me that the oil plug had been cross-threaded, presumably from the previous oil change. They tried to resolve the problem by tapping out the hole and using a larger plug. Alas, this did not work, and the plug leaks. i now learn I have to get a new oil pan for around $1000. I'm not going back to J&J. read more

I was on vacation and had an oil change and air filter replaced, $140 was too expensive for something I can do myself for around $40.

Joe at J&J went above and beyond completing the bodywork covered by insurance, doing some additional work which I had asked for, and then resolving a very minor issue after the car had been picked up. Communication with Joe was very good. He did a great job as a liaison with the insurance company on my behalf. The work I paid for out of pocket was done at very reasonable in price. At all times I felt respected and not that I was a bother or a pest asking them to do the work they were being paid for. Other body shops that I took the vehicle to had quickly dismissed me saying they couldn't get to anything for two months or more for even an estimate. I hope to not need the bodywork servicesof J&J anytime in the future, but I would not hesitate to return if I do read more

J&J Auto Works just completed a few outstanding repairs on my 1995 Mustang Cobra SVT. I highly recommend this shop read more

J & J Auto Works - Auto Repair Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

Don't bring your vehicle to j&j. They are completely incompetent. Brought my wife's jeep there for an overheating problem. They fixed it and it overheated before we could get home. Brought it back and they fixed it again. Overheated before we got it home again. Worst place ever. Fuck j&j read more

I took my BMW Z4 to this place for brake pad replacement, when I got home and drove it a day or so the brake warning light AND my DSC (brake antilock) warning lights came on. I returned to J & J for them to correct this problem (which did not exist before they worked on the car)....after they looked at it they told me they could not fix it, did not have the tools (maybe the Knowledge) Anyway an argument insued and of course they stated that they did not cause these problems although they did not exist when they first got the car. I asked for my money returned...they refused....I was forced to take it elsewhere where the problem was fixed for another $500 in addition to J & J payment of $578. Attention all PEOPLE, do not take your car to them, they do not stand behind there work....I am pursuing a small claims suit if I do not get my hard earned money back from them read more

Good honest family business. Brought my wife's Kia in for a hanging front bumper cover. They fixed it on the spot with no charge and would not take any money! This does not happen in many places anymore read more

I had to have the driver-side door handle on my Hyundai fixed. I brought it to the shop who told me it was no problem and that they could repair it. A few days later I picked my car up and drove away. When I had an opportunity to put the window down the next day, it made this horrible noise that had not occurred before. I notified the shop, and they told me to bring it back. When I did, the person who worked on my car insisted that the new issue was not through any fault of his own even though he admitted to having to take the door apart to fix the handle and even though the issue had never occurred before. He begrudgingly fixed the new issue but not without arguing about it. This is why people don't go to small shops anymore that don't offer warranties on their workmanship and don't have good customer service. I have not brought any vehicle back to them since and will never recommend them. read more

Absolutely the best. I'm over 70 and have had the pleasure of working with this family owned business since I was in my fifties. Never had any negative problems. Glad I found them. And the help to veterans they have provided is incredible. Thanks to all at J&J ! read more

Your car comes back in worse condition than it was left. Don't leave these people with your property.

A battery check at Advance Auto indicated I needed to replace my alternator. I dropped by J & J for an estimate. After the estimate I left the car and my wife picked me up. Barely home 3 hours and I received a phone call that the car was ready. Picked the car up the next morning and it was running great. I will use J & J Auto Works for all my auto needs in the future. They are fast, do great work and reasonably priced. read more

Thank you so much to everyone at J andJ auto Works. Everybody was so kind, professional and did such a wonderful job on fixing my car. It had quite a lot of damage and I was worried about it because I try to keep my car really nice and they really did such a superb job. I would definitely recommend J and auto works to anyone needing auto body work. My car is a Mercedes and they did a wonderful job. Excellent work, trustworthy, honest and efficient. I can see why they have been in business for such a long time. Carol in the front office was so absolutely sweet when I was so overwhelmed and I felt really comfortable leaving my car with Joe Junior. They took care of my car as if it were their very own. Highly recommended. Thank you so much. read more

I tore off the bumper cover from a raised peg on a parking curb on a trip to Vero from out of town. When I called another garage in Vero, I was turned away. But J&J's was friendly, reinstalled my bumper cover in an hour, fixed my car up so I could get back on the road for probably 10% or what I estimated it would cost. Reliable. Friendly. Quick service. Reasonably priced. And all around nice people. I left with my car looking like it never happened! read more

It's been said that everybody should have a Doctor, a plumber, and an auto mechanic in the family. I'm two out of three. My Brother-in-Law is a Doctor and John, Joe, Carol, and Joey at J&J Auto Works on Old Dixie Hwy, Vero definitely treat my family like part of their family. I really believe they'll make you feel the same way. Their honesty and legitimacy are hardly paralleled in my experience with auto repair and auto body businesses. When I moved to Florida 14 years ago, I looked high and low for an auto repair shop that would give me the straight scoop and be fair in pricing- not to mention top shelf quality work. You'll be likely to get the best of all three at J&J if my experiences are any indication. read more

Just had an oil change there. Courteous, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend!!!!
