Top notch physical therapy! I've been a patient here for a few months now and always enjoy coming here. The staff are all amazing, both front of house and back of house... they work hard, but like to have fun as well and are all very personable and caring. The location itself is a bit cramped but that doesn't affect the care received. They don't push you beyond your limits and are always willing to answer questions or provide feedback during your session. Keep up the great work! read more

It is an okay place.It isn't jaccobo terrible but it isn't anything out of this world either. Could be though if they would go that extra mile. Spent a little more time explaining things.Giving you pointers or tips on how to improve your healing. Explaining what they are doing and how is it going to help you wouldn't be bad either. Most of the time I feel like I am blindly trusting them that I am in the right hands and just hope for the best. Just putting a little more passion to their work and more interest on their people would ease any doubts. It is a rather busy place and it's understandable why they rush things. But maybe finding ways to solve thoses issues like putting more staff would help improve the place. Like I said before it is an O.K place to go to but it could be so much better. read more

Pair and Marotta treated my mother for her pre op physical therapy before her knee replacement. The therapist Bob Pair created an exercise program for her knee that helped her recover after surgery with full mobility. My sister was treated there as well and now has no more back pain due to the care she recieved there. My father attended physical therapy there after his stroke and regain all movement in his arm in one month by the dedication of the staff and the physical therapists that worked with him. I have high praise for all the people that work for Pair and Marotta and are a true example of what human kindness and dedication to their patients looks like. read more

I had no problems coming here until my last visit. The woman up front wanted me to go back to the dr's office after my physical therapy appt. I explained to her I had just gone the week before and had to be back at work. She got snippy with me and I told her I couldn't just drop everthing and go. I didn't feel the need to have to explain to her that my work only lets me be off up to 2 hours a day for workman' comp appts, and I will have already spent over an hour of that at this office! I told some of the other staff about this and was told she is the owner's daughter. I was encouraged to still bring it up to him, and was assured "he won't get mad". He'll sure as hell get super passive aggressive though! At the end of my appointment he tells me "well if we don't see you again...". Well played sir. Not that I wanted to come back, but I made it a point not to! I don't need to be treated poorly by someone that is billing insurance/workman's comp a shit ton of money to massage my elbow. read more

I have poly-arthritis. I have had the good fortune to get PT at Pair and Marotta! They are kind and extremely knowledgable. The office staff is pleasant and considerate. If it's a little busy, and I have to wait a little bit, it's OK because the therapists are worth the wait - if they weren't the best, the waiting room would be empty. read more

Overall, it was an odd experience. Dr. Pair was very friendly to me he did me assessment, although he seemed rushing. The atmosphere is very crowded, there wasn't a chair available in the waiting room, and when I was called back for my therapy, the hallway was so crowded me and the girl who called me back had to stand and wait for the path to clear before I could be seated for my therapy. I have only ever seen the therapist once as long as I've been going there, I am usually helped by the girl supervisor in the main therapy room who is very sweet and knowledgeable, but not a therapist. The last time I went, I was doing my exercises and the assistant therapist mark who is usually very rude, knocked over a water bottle on the counter and then angrily shouted "I'm tired of this f****** thing" as he pretended to throw it past me, while doing this he hit my injured shoulder, threw his hands up and said "forgive my language" , and then proceeded to walk away and help another customers. I can't say I would recommend this place, I've been to better. read more
