I went into my procedure with zero anxiety because of the calm, reassuring energy they all created. Dr. Fitz is not only incredibly talented, but you can truly tell how much he cares about his patients. He took the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure I felt confident and at peace. Nurse Emma and Ms. Alexis were absolute angels--so kind and warm. There was also another lovely young woman who helped me (I wish I could remember her name!), and she was nothing short of amazing either. Every single person made me feel supported and at ease. I'm now on day 2 of Wisdom teeth removal recovery and I've had no pain at all, which truly speaks to Dr. Fitz's skill and care. He did a phenomenal job, and I am so incredibly grateful for him and his team. If you're feeling nervous or unsure, I promise--you're in the best hands here. One was actually a dental teacher at UCLA . They both had hands on my teeth as I was growing up I have always had Dr. Grandy as my dentist here to help me with any teeth problems I've had since I moved here in 2005 He's a great dentist. He's very smooth and he always explains what He's about to do before he does it so that you know What's coming next. I think that part of being a great dentist is having the skills to communicate W a client and being able to sense if a person is nervous or not. When he goes to numb you he will rub on your gums and inject just a small amount and then wait a bit. Then come back and add more where you don't feel it at all. I like just having it done all at once and He's cool with that. I've had some crowns done and could ask him the dental code and my Mom would look it up for me and he was always cheaper than my moms office. I've had a filling come loose or a corner of a molar filling fail where it was cutting my tongue and hes let me walk in with no appointment and he has smoothed it just enough to get me by until I could come in to do it right which was usually within a few days or sooner if they had an opening. They have other dentists there also and another office on the west end of the beach I get my teeth deep cleaned every 3 months instead of four months as Ive had some deep pockets over the years to deal with. I at first had a few different Hygienists and I finally had Tiffany clean my teeth and She's the only one that I will go to. She's very smooth. She's very thorough and attentive. Like if She were rinsing your teeth or doing deep water cleaning and a splash of water were to land on your lip she will stop and dab you with a towel lol. She has a great sense of humor. She will ask you what flavor polish you like and she has a bunch of interesting flavors . She definitely knows what she's doing from start to finish. Everyone that works there always are in a great mood and very friendly .Over the years I've gotten to know most of the girls in the front office. They are open 7am til 8pm Monday through Thursday and 8am - 2pm Fridays They are very accommodating to whatever your schedule May be. I unfortunately did'nt stay up on things when I was younger and ended up acquiring quite a few fillings and crowns as I grew up. I have a lot of experience as a dental patient and I feel I know when I come across a greAt dentist and Hygienist . I'm not positive if they take insurance or not. I don't have any . You would have to call and ask. In the past when I did have insurance they did'nt take mine because they felt that they could have lower , more friendly prices than what the insurance companies were forcing to charge . I can totally understand that. I will keep going here as long as I live here in Panama City
