They mark up their prices quite a bit. I just recently shipped a package and the cheapest was FedEx, or so they said and it was 37.15 to ship. I checked online through FedEx exclusively and it was $15.18 to ship. So just over a 20$ markup to basically print a label. Also they don't print the labels while you are there, they say they will email it to you, however I never got an email, so I called to get the tracking number and the woman who answered was rude at first and huffed and puffed a few times while I explained I never got an email and just needed the tracking number. She finally gave it to me after she found me name and didn't mention an email so I'm not sure how that works or if they just misspelled my name. Overall I would go back to Goin Postal if I provided my own label as a drop off. If not, I would rather drive the extra 10 miles and drop off at a different location. Not worth the price.

He also left the package in the driveway instead of leaving it on my covered front porch or my covered side porch where I have a package delivery box. For over a year, every day of the month, the same day, a check is sent from the bank. AUTOMATICALLY. No problems. All of a sudden, they don't get checks on time and they want late fees. EVERY MONTH!! I had to pay in person (so I could get into my unit), stopped payment on the check I already sent, and then a month later they tried to cash the check I stopped payment on and charged me some other fee cause I stopped payment on the check they presented for payment. So, I set up automatic withdrawal (yes, routing #, account #, etc) so they can go into one of my accounts and take monthly payments out. Well...guess what? Plenty of $$ for their payment, but I get an e-mail telling me my payment is late!! And yes...another late fee!! What is wrong with this picture??? And not 10 miles away same size unit $80.00/month. Seems like all they want is your money and they are very creative in finding ways to get it!!
