I'm not even out of the salon chair yet and I'm already raving about this place. I came in for a pedicure after seeing its hot and new in the area on Yelp. Walked in, said pedicure for one and was asked to sign my name on a paper. Nail polishes were off to the side and I had a woman meet me up front to walk me to the chair. She's so sweet! Her name is Van. Very delicate and careful as well. I got the deluxe pedicure which is the most popular one and reasonable priced. She asked me a few questions about nail length, shape, etc and went to work. At other nail salons in the area when they're trimming, cleaning, and cutting my nails/cuticles I've had a couple cuts, bleeding and so forth. Not this time. My nails and beds look amazing. She then asked me if she could use the foot grate on me and I said yes. She was gentle with it and realized I was a little ticklish so she eased up. She adjusted the massage chair for me as well, asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I asked for a coca-cola and with it came out a small plate of watermelon and cantaloupe. How cute and such a nice touch. She massaged my feet with hot rocks, out some hoop on my legs that made them tingle and did hot towels, and lotion, all while massaging my feet. The rock was a tad bit hot but it felt great after awhile. The massage chairs are comfortable, actually feel relaxed. Music is any typical nail salon and the decor and ambience here makes you feel like you're getting the royal treatment. There's even a bar in the middle for mixed drinks! How fun! She's still painting my toe nails right now and I don't feel like I'll have to change this review. This place is great. read more

My girlfriends and I were on a serious mission to find THE PLACE for nails and cocktails to start off my 40th bday girls day out. We stumbled across a little ad for Palace Nails online and drove like starving women hunting down cheesecake to get there. It was perfection. We were greeted like family and treated like royalty. We all expected a simple mimosa and the standard pedi...ya that didn't happen here! We were seated together and Someone offered to take our picture with one of our phones (since they could tell it was girls day). A small plate of fresh fruit was delivered to our seats and our drink orders were taken (mimosas x 3). I'm pretty sure I had an out of body experience during my foot and leg massage. It's the most relaxed I've been in ages and to to sweeten the deal further it ended with the most ridiculously amazing scalp, shoulder and neck massage. What did I do to deserve that first class treatment? Nothing! I just showed up! These people really know how to lay on the hospitality and red carpet service. I may live in Colorado but my frequent visits always include a trip to the Palace! read more

Im so mad. I've been coming here for months for dip and pedicure and today I showed up for the appointment that I booked a week ago (to make sure I could get the time/day I needed due to a tight schedule) and was told my nail tech was not there and nobody else could help me! The receptionist then lies to me and says she called me and talked to me. Umm no she didn't!! I did not receive a call or talked to anyone. I would've made other arrangements if I knew. I understand things happens and I would've been happy with someone else doing my nails. But that wasn't even an option and she didn't seem to care. I have a huge client event tomorrow and a holiday party the next day and I'm stuck with ugly nails. It's too late to go somewhere else. I will be going back to my old nails salon. It's further from me but at least they are reliable. read more

I came here with my daughter a couple of weeks ago based on the wonderful reviews. The place was nicely decorated, very clean and everyone was very friendly. I was offered a drink menu and I requested the Tropical breeze drink. Omg it was delicious along with the fresh fruit my daughter and I were given. I've never been to a nail salon that offered fresh fruit and really good alcoholic drinks, so I thought that was a nice touch. The lady who did my pedicure did an awesome job as well as the lady who did my nails. My daughter also got a mani/pedi and hers came out nice as well. They are a bit on the pricey side but I think it's definitely worth every penny. I will definitely be back! :-) read more

I really like this place. Most of the techs do a good job and the drinks and fruit are always appreciated. I always have someone different and sometimes they are great and sometimes they are just okay. It's hit or miss. I've never had anyone awful but some are definitely better than others. read more

Excellent pedicure by Diane!!! She worked hard to remove all the dead, dry skin from my heels. I have never had such a wonderful pedicure.

One of the worst nail experience I've had. The lady at the front was rude from the moment we walked in. Then I told the nail tech that I would like them shorter and a little less square and she didn't listen to me at all. My nails came out horrible and when I went up to tell the lady at the front she said "you should've told your nail lady, since you didn't there's nothing I can do" even though I was telling her the entire time. Then proceeded to say "you can text the owner, but he will tell you the same thing" and just super rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

my nails look absolutely awful. i requested a simple look and it was totally half-assed. the previous color of my nails before my fill is still CLEARLY visible. it's splotchy and even smudged. i was too nice to complain but getting home and seeing this mess more clearly, i'm livid that i spent $100 for it. also, charging "by the length" is ridiculous and greedy when it's standard length for nail extensions. it's not like i'm getting 20 inch nails ffs. read more

I absolutely LOVED my pedicure! It was a very calming environment. I was greeted upon entry & seated within 5 minutes. My tech asked how I wanted my nails & was conscious of temperature. I was impressed when service began but changed when I asked for my hands to be washed before they put the polish on. Since I do a acrylic, there is always dust, etc. on my hands. Then I go to pay and they are more expensive for the same services I've gotten in the Galleria nail salon. Most things have been cheaper out here in Spring so I was was quite surprised and disappointed. I'll use another salon in the area. I also asked him to do my nails slightly rounded and squared a little. They are totally rounded (I wasn't paying attention). read more

Went to get nails done in ombre green and black. The tech Didn't know what she was doing. I told the manager he explained to her what I wanted. I even had pictures. She still didn't do it right. Told manager I was done. So he finally took over. It had been so long I said just do green tips. But his tech had gotten so much black powder everywhere I had to do black tips. 3 hours later I'm done. Then they wanted to charge me full price! After not getting the simple design I wanted and then not getting the color I wanted and taking 3 hours costing me extra for my babysitter. Never got an apology either. They always tell you its a 20 minute wait and an hour later you get in then your nails lift after a few days. Unacceptable!! read more

Very disappointed in my last pedicure at this salon. Had been a couple times previously and thought I had found my "go to" salon. My last visit for a pedicure resulted in crooked toenails on at least three toenails, four+ toenails with a corner missing, polish on the cuticles which is very evident now that the nails are growing out, etc... I've tried to even out the nails but now I'm left with slivers of toenails. VERY disappointing!!! read more

Normally I do not leave reviews about places, however I had a terrible experience here. I came to Palace Nails to get acrylics done. First of all, I was treated very poorly and had terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, however the man who did my nails (Sonny) was very rude. I have never had a nail service as terrible as this one. Immediately as I had gotten there I had only been looking at the nail colors for about 1 minute and was being super rushed to pick a color out. I asked him what color would match the best to this picture I showed him and he had 0 patience (Mind you, I had only been looking at colors for around 1 minute). I was rushed to hurry and pick a color. He barely even payed attention to the pictures I was showing him and I didn't even end up with what I wanted. As soon as I showed him the picture he said since they were ombré they would be $10 extra plus an extra $5 for the coffin shape. I have never heard of a nail salon charging extra for a shape. But I just kind of ignored that and compromised and said I would just do a different shape. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed him and I didn't even want to say anything about it because I had already been treated so rudely that about 5 minutes into my nail appointment I was already over it. He would cut me off mid sentence when I would ask a question about the nails and immediately shut me down before I could even finish what I was asking. At one point I asked if he could make the square shape a little more rounded and before I could finish asking he cut me off and said "Yeah, that doesn't come till later after I get the color on!". If he would have just calmly explained that I would have been fine, but he wouldn't even let me a finish before he would raise his voice at me and angrily tell me no. He also was very rude when he was asking me how short I wanted them. I tried to open my phone to show him a picture and since I had already had my acrylics glued on I couldn't even unlock my phone, so I told him it was fine and that I would just tell him when to stop cutting and he cut me off yet again and told me no and that I needed to show him a picture. He rushed me so much and was so rude. I went with my friend for her birthday and the women who did her nails was nice. However Sonny was extremely rude. I couldn't believe how horribly I was being treated. I was just wanting a good experience for my friends birthday. I had seen that this place had really good reviews so I figured we would go here. However after this experience I will not be returning. read more
