I was stuck in the van for close to an hour until a man came and got the ramp down. The driver was very apologetic but the owner/manager never apologized for me being locked in van. I should get a refund from this disastrous situation. They had 5 star rating on google. Obviously that was rigged. Do not use Medtransit. It's disastrous!

This policy was never disclosed: not in the brochure, not during the call, and not in the text messages. I tried to explain this, I got nowhere. I hung up because I was upset. Seconds later, I received a call back from Certa. The woman immediately raised her voice, told me not to call and hang up on them, and then hung up on me. Now I'm being charged $200 for a ride I never took -- for a 7-mile trip. Completely unreasonable and extremely unprofessional. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
