I got to interact with their awesome intake/dispatch personnel as they collected key information relevant to the trip details. At the time of writing this review, we are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. I was happy to hear they were asking question to attempt to limit exposure. It let me know they care to protect their clients and staff. Drivers were very patient, careful, friendly, and respectful. They took care to ensure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible when they transferred her to the stretcher. They also drive very safely, attempting to minimize the impact of sudden stops, bumps, and potholes on the road as much as possible. I'm a reasonable  person,  so I  chose to  patronize  them  again. We all have a bad day sometimes. They were  late again,  not  as much  this  time.  I gave  myself  more  cushion time. This time,  the  driver  left the  restraints  in the  floor.  Making it somewhat  difficult to drive  my wheelchair  over  them. I started to  through my  hands  in the  air. Both  experiences  were nerve  racking. You  know  if you  don't  make  your  appointment  time,  they'll  reschedule  you. Is this  what you  must  expect  when you have to  depend  on  a service?
