I am a college student that…read morehad hired Suddath to move my things out of my dorm in July given that I could not return to campus to pack away my own things. In my original contract given they had charged me $120 to move my things back to campus and had promised that my stuff would arrive before I arrived on campus. Fast forward to a week before moving onto campus I was charged an additional $50 to move my things onto campus AND my stuff did not arrive until A WEEK after I had arrived on campus. Because of this, I was sleeping in a friend's sleeping bag for a week wearing the same four outfits I had packed in my bag on my trip back to school. Later I find out that multiple other students on campus were not charged AT ALL to have their things moved back to campus and they received their things the day they arrived to campus. Once receiving my items I was also upset by the fact that they had broken many of my storage containers, scratched my fridge, and had gone through undergarments that I had packed and tied shut before leaving campus for spring break. To top this off they packed SOMEONE ELSE'S PILLOWS in my boxes and after 2 emails, no one has told me what to do with them. I lived in a single last year so I have NO IDEA who's pillows these belong to. Also, communication was TERRIBLE. As noted above it took me multiple emails to get ahold of them about my damages and what to do with the pillows. They sent me a link to go through for damages and have still not addressed me on what to do with these pillows. Leading up to move-in, I had sent countless emails and called multiple times before someone could give me any information on my belongings. Which only resulted in them saying I owed them more money that was not stated on my original proposal. When speaking on the phone with my customer service attendant they were friendly and nice-- however, there are many things that need to be worked on before I would recommend ANYONE to this company. I can also say that many of my friends had the same problems with this company, if not worse (ie. stuff came back moldy, things were stolen, etc).

His window cleaning is very detailed, he scrubs the glass, screens, and even the tracks and frames. I've used other window cleaners in the past and they seem to do a decent job, but when the sun changes position you can see all the streaks on the glass and all the places they didn't scrub well enough. Andy has been great with quality. Not to mention how friendly he and his team are. I've had some creepy window cleaners come through. They've often left rags on the floor and one guy left the restroom messy. Not the case with Andy and his team. His customer service is pro, quality is great and he uses shoe covers in the house. And his secretary, always picks up the phone or returns my call quickly to get me on the schedule. And he comes back out if he ever misses even one window. Andy is leagues better than those I've used in the past. He even knows how to safely clean construction debris off windows. He seems to gets pretty scientific about what chemicals to us that won't break window seals or haze the glass. Turned out great to me! Very knowledgeable team.
