Walter stated he didn't want to drive to our house if we were not home, so he canceled the appointment and had our warranty work order moved to a different service provider. I stated we had confirmed we'd be home when I spoke to him on Sunday, but Walter did not care and restated he didn't want to drive all the way to our house. If you don't want to drive to a customers home, do not accept the job. After the call, I noticed our warranty company sent at email at 11:05AM stating the work order had been switched. Walter only waited 3-4 minutes after I missed his call to cancel the appointment. I will not recommend him for any future electrical work and will be requesting our warranty company to not allow him to service our home in the future.
