From the very beginning, Maryam was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment for Monday quick and stress-free. Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. It's hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers, but AB Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. The price was also reasonable. Steve the manager has 2 of the worst traits any employer could find in an employee. First he's completely incompetent and second he doesn't care. The level of stupidity by the people that work here could be a SNL skit. I was scheduled and tried to get a new windshield 4 different times. It was either ordered incorrectly; put on another vehicle; sent mysteriously back to warehouse; or just not there. This is after countless emails, texts and phone calls confirming the appointment and checking the windshield was at the store. I went up there 4 separate times only to leave 4 times with no windshield. Worst part safelite and Steve could give a crap. He might be the dumbest manager I've come across and doesn't understand customer service or how to begin to resolve an issue. I agreed to the service knowing the process of drilling a bullseye to relieve pressure, follow with resin filling. I was extremely disappointed with their work when receiving my car. I voiced my dissatisfaction to management and was told "Well, we stopped the spreading didn't we? Our tech does 4 to 5 repairs a day so this looks right to me." I understand the service is a quick fix and cosmetically, it won't be perfect. But coming from a reputable business, I expected "4 or 5 repairs a day" to come with little more finesse to their work. I've had previous repair done along side the road and the work was more acceptable than this. 3 gnarly looking drill holes that I'll be staring at until I can't stand looking at it anymore.
