I deducted a star because they did not replace a piece of molding that took me less than a minute to install Another star was deducted for leaving pieces of rubber and film all over my dashboard. its apparent their technicians gets paid by how many windshields they install. These 2 small issues could have been avoided if the technician would have taken 5 minutes. With all the choices in my area if I ever need another windshield I will not use The Glass Doctor again.

There was no damage to my SUV and this should have never been reported. Luckily I had my paperwork showing that the windshield was replaced and the dealer increased the offer by $4k which otherwise would have been lost due to Safelite's negligence to report damage in error. Let this be a warning to all who seek their services. when I called their office, the automated system would not put me through to someone to address the issue. It simply just ended the call. I will never use this firm again.
