Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. Katzkins scheduled my install at Andrizo Trucktoyz…read more This was mid October , 2025. 1) When I dropped off my truck, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. 2) They messed up the spring in my rear cup holer and left it like that without mentioning it to me. I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. Avoid at all costs, If I could give 0 stars I would.

Took truck here in October/November of 2025. I was having issues with speakers/head unit. Guy…read moretold me the issue was head unit and rear speakers were bad so I bought a new head unit from them. After install it ended up being "bad" rear speakers which was causing the error in my head unit. I finally got around to installing new speakers today(7/1/2026) just to find out that the speakers are fine, the wires were disconnected so I hooked back up and did channel testing with RCAS after no results. Ended up being bad RCA so I paid for a new head unit and install for no reason just to tell me something else was bad that was perfectly fine and the real issue was not even checked out as a possible cause. Avoid at all costs if you want a professional diagnostic or result for anything vehicle related.

They called me the next day and notified me that they found out it was double layered 20% and limo in top of that! No wonder we couldn't see anything out of the rear! So they said I could just pay half the original quote for the removal of the limo layer and keep the 20% layer that was already on there. They could have easily milked this for full quote and I never would've known they didn't even put on a fresh 20% layer on! Great looking shop as well!
