Went for a quince. Space is large and they use nice lighting. The building is a bit old and needs some upgrades. I believe people buy an all inclusive package which includes food. Food lacked seasoning, aguas were lacking and servers lacked customers service. They all seemed pretty moody. Not sure if a separate company from This venue. Came to the taste of Santa Paula in this fun venue. Live music on the stage and the balcony has great views with plenty of restrooms for a crowd. I wish I could give Palazzio 10 Stars! We hosted my daughter's wedding at the Palazzio and I could not be happier. It was truly a fairytale wedding. We had sooooo many compliments afterwards regarding the whole event. The decor vendor they use is gifted and turned my daughter's vision into reality. We had 300 guests and as hosts we were able to enjoy every minute due to Gilbert's presence and preparation. The price was by far the most reasonable and all inclusive of everywhere we shopped. As a service provider, I had the opportunity to provide our service to various clients of ours who had their event at Palazzio. I quickly noticed Palazzio's team really cares and provides the best service possible to their clients. I first noticed when Gilbert called me two weeks before the event to provide me in-depth information about the venue. His mission was to ensure all service providers where setup before client arrival. He made this possible by allowing service providers enough time to setup. While at the venue, I also noticed how the executed the events activities flawlessly. The dances, toast, and other activities were on time. Gilbert made this possible by notifying all service providers in advance which gave everyone an opportunity to be ready minutes before each activity. The place is super clean as well. We recently had a huge business event here and WOW I am very impressed. It's a huge place with 2 stories to gather all your friends & family or for me, all my biz VIPs and friends. The Layout is very beautiful. Nice chairs, tables, and even the bathrooms look good. The floor is pristine. Must be new. I was even more impressed with the lighting and sound system. You'd think you were in a dance club. In addition the video protection system is HUGE and was used to highlight a history of a VIP in our community. Cant wait to go here again!! read more

My wife's company hosted their annual party at this event center. The space is grand, tall ceilings colorful lighting and a beautiful staircase adorn the main room. The night started with a mariachi band and ended with a DJ and the room handled the acoustics very nicely. It felt like a mini vacation. Definitely a great place for any special event. read more

I went to this facility for an awards event. This place is immaculate and very nice, unlike any other place in Santa Paula. Trendy decor and multi-use facility. It has an upstairs balcony area, large main room, small changing rooms upstairs, and bathrooms. l don't believe there is a full kitchen. I've never attended an event where the owner of the venue is constantly walking around like a prison guard watching everyone's next move. I don't even understand why he was involved in the cutting and serving of the cake. Some people got huge piece and others small with frosting all over the plates, very sloppy. I witnessed the owner being very rude to my family member that paid good money for her daughter's event (which in my opinion is overpriced). God forbid, you don't get one of his "packages" you'll be reminded over and over. Everyone was so hot because he wouldn't bother turning on the A/C. It's a beautiful place but there's no way I'm encouraging my daughter to have her wedding there. I would not recommend this place to no one. Hoping the next family event there in a couple weeks doesn't have to deal with his unprofessionalism. read more

I'm so glad a fellow friend recommended this venue after being on the lookout for a place that would hold 500 wedding guests! Luckily it holds 569. Haha! Our wedding reception isn't until Sep 2019 but so far I'm impressed with Mr Melgar for making things work for me so far. In a few months, I'll be starting with planning details with his daughter! I was very disappointed with the owners professionalism... after he double booked our venue. He wanted us to switch dates and when we argued that we had a contract. He told us we could have the hall but we would have to sign a new contract increasing our price.
