The receptionist was on the phone when i arrived, but gave me a warm smile and wave, welcoming me into the space. My stylist was Courtney. She listened to what i wanted, asking questions and explainging ideas with patience and kindness. She started the appointment off with a head and neck massage - which she asked consent for ahead of time. My hair was washed, and i was offered water or a warm beverage. Courtney took her time cutting my hair, noticing how it grows and checking in with me to make aure i was happy with the progression. She offered tips on how to blow dry and style my hair based on the way it grows and sent me on my way with a small sample of product. I absolutely adore my hair.
