I have had some great experiences and some mediocre experiences but without a doubt, this is my all time most disappointing experience. Please tell me how anyone, other than an inexperienced stylist, could ruin a pixie? If you are going to charge like a high end salon, do better! It has taken me over a month to write this because of my anger level. I had nothing but negative comments on the "do" and I had an important engagement to go to. She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Virginia did an absolutely amazing job with the facial and the mini massage on my neck and shoulders was a real treat. I will definitely be returning to try her other spa services!
