Great location, close to my house. Hours of operation are fantastic! They open Sunday's. Called in to make an appointment. Lady over the phone was helpful and the service I was having was half off. Was awesome she recommended it. Service received was fast, clean and thorough. Atmosphere was tidy, clean and comforting. Price for services are fair. Lots of services to offer laser hair removal, hair removal, nail services, massages and facials. Also products for take home were available. Overall no complaints! read more

What an unsatisfying experience. I went intending to get a good back massage and some nails done, the treatments we're to take about 75 minutes, not only were we out before the hour was up, but I couldn't get a dedicated back massage for some reason. I also got a body scrub, which was fine, but when she used a dirty towel to wipe me off, she hardly got enough of it, I had to clean the rest off myself. Their 'relaxation' area is in the nail spa itself, hardly serene. At least the staff were friendly enough, so the experience wasn't a complete mess, but the services provided we're mediocre despite the name. Even though it was already subsidized with a gift card, the price I paid it would not have been worth it. No chance I'm coming back, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I had a gift card for a massage however I never got around to using it since I moved away from the city. I emailed when I was coming to Ontario for a visit to inquire what was on the GC. I was given a prompt and courteous response. I decided since I was only in town for a couple days to opt for a pedicure for myself and my Mom. I used their online booking method to make the appoint. I called ahead of my appointment as I realized I hadn't specified I already had gel polish on that would need removed. The gentlemen that answered the phone was so friendly and easily made the adjustment to my time slot. Upon arrival to the spa we were warmly greeted. The setting is serene. The staff that did our pedis were friendly and professional. For an outing to treat Mom it's perfect. Otherwise I don't normally spend that price on my everyday pedicure. read more

I arrived for my 10:45 appointment at 10:40. I was told to wait and at 11:06, I had still not been taken in. I went to the front to the receptionist to ask if there was a problem. She said that my appointment was for 11:00 not 10:45. I told her I had confirmed the 10:45 appointment the previous day. She told me I was incorrect and invited me to leave. At that point, the esthetician came to get me...it was 11:10, ten minutes past the time the receptionist said was my appointment, half hour past the time I believed my appointment was to start. There was no apology, no "I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding"...nothing. Just a second invitation for me to leave. I stated that I was a long time client of the salon and I was extremely frustrated and I left. I do not feel this is an appropriate way to treat a client. I will never return to this spa. And just to clarify, I forwarded them screenshots of the emails they sent to me wherein I confirmed my 10:45 appointment. They have not replied. read more

Amazing place! Super clean. Everyone is super nice here. They get you tea while you wait. The are very helpful with any questions you have. Great location! I got my eyelashes removed and they accommodated me as soon as they could. I'd highly suggest going here for a nice spa day! read more

I will never come to this spa again. My first time here I was late, as I was coming back from out of province visiting a very ill family member. I was 10 minutes late, due to their booking error. I called and asked for my 5:15 appointment for 40 minute lashes be changed to an hour, and they said I was late and that my appointment was for 5pm and they would probably only do 40 minutes. I had no problem with this until they charged me the extra $30 for an hour appointment when they refused to give me an hour of service. They did not tell me this either, until I went to pay! Then I had to ask why it was so much! Then the lady at the front desk insisted "thats our policy, we left you a message". Literally this spa does not account for life event. I now had to deal with this poor customer service on top of the stress of grieving my family member. I will never go back to this location, and I will no recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service, adds insult to injury. read more
