Hair turned out to be not what I wanted and she brushed my hair so hard it hurt my scalp. Had to go to another salon to redo my cut.

June 19th 2019…read more Sandra did my highlights, lowlights and base color. I told her several times |I did not want any gold, red or yellow in my hair. Imagine my surprise when she removed the foils and I could see my whole head a red gold color. I said to her about it and she said to wait until it was dried. When it was dry it was like a golden helmet. I said to her and she said well next time you come you can add some lowlights. I could not believe that she was so unconcerned about the color and how I would have to wear it looking like a golden helmet. The blow dry was very bad with no volume and did not look good. I mentioned to her that I had booked to get my eyebrows waxed. She went to check and came back and informed me the girl had gone home and that she was sure that she would have phoned me. Well no one phoned me to cancel that. Then |I went to pay but the debit machine would only let one use the tap feature which my card did not have. Then I left and drove to my bank and withdrew the cash to pay for my hair and then back to the saloon. I should say that I was offered a cup of coffee when I arrived and received a cup of the worst strongest coffee ever. I can only say this was one of the worst experiences I have had and this has caused me a lot of stress. Needless to say I will not be going back there. I have to wash my hair with a blue shampoo to kill the yellow.

Julia, Sandra, and the team are the most amazing group of women who have worked on my hair. I love…read moregoing to the salon! Not only am I always super happy with my cut and colour, but the entire experience from start to finish is extremely professional and enjoyable. I love Studio W and I'm sure you will too.

My wife who is 78 years old had been utilizing Salon Allegra for several visits starting earlier…read morethis year. In September she had a total knee replacement and for those not familiar with this surgery it is one of the most painful you can experience. She had made an appointment prior to her operation and it proved way to soon in her rehabilitation and she had to cancel, a subsequent appointment also had to be cancelled for the same reason. Thankfully she is now able to get around and is pain free. We contacted Tracy to make an appointment. Tracy decided that she didn't want her as a client due to the previous cancellations. During the conversation she never asked how my wife was doing in fact her only concern was the loss in revenue. While one can understand the loss of income, it show a a total lack of respect, compassion and understanding. Yes its tough running a small business, yes the loss of income is not good, but it is part of being your own boss. Though my wife had only been a client for a short period the average cost was $180 a visit, for less than two hours work I might add. Considering that Salon Allegra is part of Tracys residence overhead is non existent, so the money goes right into her pocket. In conclusion and if you are considering a visit to this salon and you are old and have typical senior issues, you may wish to find someone who recognizes this. Heaven forbid you may have to cancel due to the Flu, Covid and the myriad of other issues which effect us seniors. Shame of you Tracy. I wonder how you will feel if when you are in your advancing year and someone treats you with the same disrespect?
