He provided us with his contact information, an app for my phone, and took down all of the details of what we were looking for in a house. The app enabled us to see what was around us and what homes would be potentially having an Open House-- a huge help when you're house hunting! He let us know that he'd send us emails of listings and should the opportunity to move not pan out; to simply let him know. We very much liked his approach, as it was very friendly and not at all pushy. As promised the email listings started coming. When we discovered that we were in fact relocating, once we made our next trip John set aside his entire day just to show me the listings I'd narrowed down. Ultimately, we found our perfect home and John was able to guide and assist us through the entire process long distance! John did a fantastic job of walking us through the process, as well as fielding questions from us constantly! He was very knowledgeable about any questions that we brought up. Overall, John is extremely friendly, forthright, efficient, professional and has great follow through. These are extremely important qualities to me in any business, but especially so when buying a home in an area that you are not familiar with. In the end, we could not recommend John more highly.
