I especially like that there are washers and dryers in the units. Looks freshly remodeled which is so nice. The area is conveniently located downtown Chandler for night life and will be close for her work. Very impressed, if I was looking for an apartments, of those we toured, this would be choice. It seems to be quite organized in the office because the property is ran where it appears that things are done according to processes and schedules. I just moved from a place that was poorly managed. I lived there for three months and was able to get out of my lease because I received charges for amenities but was never provided access to them and the property manager didn't want to provide a credit. This is a clear breach of a rental lease, and the judge granted me the ability to move, and I am so glad that I did. I have only been here for a month, but it is so cozy. My floor plan is very versatile as it's a closed concept but where I would have others over, it's pretty open (kitchen, living room and dining room). I love everything about this place other than the fact that I live on the 3rd floor. That's not their fault, just my preference would have been to be on the second floor. They have internet that comes with your apartment, vivint and security alarms on the doors...the pool area is something out a resort magazine. It's so pretty and comfy. Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! Exploitative, Dishonest, and Unethical Business Practices…read moreI lived in this apartment complex and experienced firsthand how predatory and dishonest their business practices are, especially when it comes to the return of security deposits. Upon move-out, I was initially charged my entire $900 deposit plus an additional $466 for a full carpet replacement. These charges were completely baseless and seemed to be part of an intentional effort to push renovation costs onto tenants. It wasn't until I began recording calls, compiling video and photo evidence, and asserting my legal rights that they conveniently "reconsidered" and removed the carpet charge, which should never have been there in the first place. Even then, they still kept half my deposit, allegedly for "paint," which I strongly suspect was just another way to squeeze money out of tenants. The apartment was given to me in a disgusting and unacceptable condition at move-in: * Hair in the freezer * Rusted dishwasher * Molded washing machine * Urine stains on the toilet * Bugs in the light fixtures and sink I have video documentation of all of this. There were ongoing maintenance issues throughout my lease. My A/C leaked for a full week before being fixed. The security gate was broken for over 75 percent of my stay with no compensation offered. The leasing office also underwent loud renovations despite being told there were "no plans for renovation" at lease signing, which I also have on video. When I attempted to dispute the false charges, the leasing office gave me the runaround. They referred me to property management numbers that went straight to voicemail, refused to provide anything in writing, and ignored every voicemail I left with no follow-up. Even their so-called "evidence" of the damage, which I requested, was low-quality, blurry, and clearly unreliable. This was a textbook case of malicious compliance. Once I made it clear that I had audio and video recordings of every interaction, including the condition of the unit before and after move-in and move-out, only then did they begin to backpedal. They did not do this out of fairness. They did it because they knew I had the evidence to win in court. They'll likely respond to this review with a PR-friendly line like, "We tried to resolve the issue and reached out to the tenant." This is a lie. I reached out multiple times, left voicemails, and was completely ignored. Now that I've received the partial deposit in the mail, I'm free to share my experience publicly without fear of retaliation. I strongly urge anyone considering moving in here to document everything and prepare to fight for your rights. Or better yet, don't sign here at all. This company preys on people who don't know tenant law and makes the deposit return process a nightmare. Tenants deserve better. *** now that they have responded you can see that they used a PR response.

The baseboards also are peeling causing ants to enter, this too they deemed was a non emergency even after explaining the trails I've been trying to control. With that being said this isn't the first time this has happened with the air and not the first time this apartment has been unlivable.. mind you I'm paying.. I had to take my pets and sleep somewhere else. All of this still not being a priority is absolutely insane to me. Completely inhumane. The office also encourages people to take pictures/videos of residents outside behavior and send it to the office, they emailed saying you can get credited gift cards.. The back patio walls are short enough to see over when you're close the problem is I've caught the same old man walking his dog in the rocks along my wall and peeping over. I've seen him standing outside my gate staring at my dogs which then started barking at him protecting my home, he left when he saw me move the curtain. Mind you there is absolutely no walk way near my home. The cars park 3 feet from my back wall so he is peeping! The latest time he was recording my home while walking his dog, he let his dog go up to my fence and wait till my dogs reacted to protect the house for his video. As I pulled into my home he was standing in my parking space doing all of this, once he saw me he took off and that's when I finally told him to stop or I'll get police involved because I have cameras too and he is clearly seen stocking and harassing many times. I sent a video of him to the office only for legal purposes because I knew they wouldn't be of help. Convinced favoritism is a thing or they just respect their elders more, I've had my complaints on my dogs barking while I'm out working nights which I've been confronted on and still managed to maintain but when I call to say the neighbor across from me is lifting his weight bar to his chest and dropping it on the concrete over and over at 8am all the sudden well it's day time so most people are awake is what I got told. I said my hours are flipped so I really don't care about that statement because these are my sleeping hours. Again was told it's day time hours even after I was saying the noise is a nuisance. They've mentioned unregistered cars not being allowed to be continuously parked on property yet when I called about a car parking so close that I couldn't access the passenger side, they requested photos and told me they couldn't help me because the car is not registered with the office.. The front do and don't answer their calls but they do dismiss the call I call them with especially if it's not simple for them to fix. The front had me take down my faded red umbrella because it has to be neutral colors outside.. yet my neighbors umbrella is teal blue. Lots of negatives above but the apartment itself is comfortable, living is quiet and the pool is great.

They do small events for the tenants like breakfast the second weekend of every month and other holiday gatherings and giveaways. The single dumpster for the whole apartment complex is overflows out into the parking lot most of the time, it's wild to see how much garbage builds up weekly. I'd give this place 5 stars if the trash situation wasn't borderline biohazardous. I feel bad for the units near the dumpster.
