They do a fine job of auto-detailing, but seem to think my time is of no importance. When they tell me the car will be ready in 3 hours, I don't mind 3.5 hours, but I sure mind 4. We had 2 other bin services out here and since we do catering the bins always get full of food scraps which, if sitting too long smell rancid and sometimes we would see maggots!! After cleaning the bins before, we still had a awful odor, yuck!! Finally we found this company!! These guys are amazing! My husband and I came back from vacation to find our two Jeep Wranglers vandalized. Someone decided to vandalize our cars by throwing paint on both of our Jeep hoods and front windows. Our rental manager told us to take our Jeeps to Palisades Pit Stop right away. We dropped the Jeeps off and informed the manager, Ron that we had no idea what was thrown on the Jeeps except it looked like paint or stain and it had happened late the night before. Palisades Pit Stop initially were not sure they could get the paint/stain removed but they would put their whole team on the case. Ron gave us an estimate for the work and they set to it right away. In the end, Ron, Felix, Juan, Patrick, Dave and Juan worked for seven straight hours on the Jeeps and were able to get them looking as good as new! Ron and his team went way above and beyond for us and he informed our son that he way under estimated the time and labor our Jeeps would take, but he honored his original estimate to us anyway - which goes to show he is a very honorable man who can be trusted to his word while doing the most professional job possible. He is a gem and we are very grateful to him for his amazing service and his team's hard work and determination. The end result was incredible as we were so worried we would need to get the Jeeps repainted due to the harsh and nasty vandalism. The Jeeps were perfect! These guys were the best you could ask for - especially when you have a stressful and awful situation such as ours. We are so grateful to the entire team and I have promised them baked goods every week for a while. The story starts with a colorful card I received in the mail, showing a woman holding her nose next to a series of filthy trash cans-----"before" and "after" it read, they had been cleaned by PALISADES PITSTOP and their "CURBSIDE TRASH BIN CLEANING SERVICE". I called Kevin, the owner of PALISADES PITSTOP, and he guided me through the cleaning process his company offers with the enthusiasm of a man who is really involved with his business and loves what he does. In two minutes I was ready to try his service. I gave him my credit card number over the phone and would have given him my social security card number and signed over the house if he had asked. Was lucky to find them on Yelp when looking for a car wash in the Palisades (they are hidden in the parking lot behind Chase Bank and the nail salon). I live in the neighborhood and always assumed the only car was was the old wash at Ralph's - I was happily wrong! The reviews say it all. They are a small "mom and pop" and am happy I found them. I got their $75 wash and wax (10% off with the yelp check in), took about 1 hour 15 min (which is great, I would prefer a company to take their time and do a good job). Most car wash locations in LA say they do a "hand wax" but by feel you can tell they did a spray wax. My car feels wonderful and by the shine, you can tell they do a fantastic job.
